This place does not deserve the pleasure of 3.1 rating it is currently at. Things could definitely be better. In the past I agree timing was an issue. It would take a huuuuuuge long time to receive your food via drive thru and the people being waited on inside is going just as fast as you. There were even times I was in 1 of the 2 lanes and the other lane would be just going and going. One time this girl told me that the 2 lanes are split into 2 headsets so if one girl gets busy on either lane it can slow them from taking the order from that lane. So if you wondered why,now you know. I had sat there for more than 5 minutes with car after car just placing their order and going to the window before I asked is anyone there. After no one answered I went to the pay window and told them what was happening and they placed my order there. One of the last times I went there,I ordered 2 simple items and everyone was going through really fast that time. I placed my order and paid. No soon as I went to the second window,the lady told me to immediately pull to a number spot which was right by the drive thru exit. I also saw other parked cars there. We waited and waited. About 10 minutes later,the people who pulled in number spots before me proceeded to get out their car in which a worker came out and met them at the door with the order he was about to take to their cars individually. He proceeded to apologize to the unhappy customers. After he came out I was a little confident I'd be next but cars kept coming and going,some people even upset that they went in after being told they needed to park. These people AFTER me left with food BEFORE ME. After I had enough of just sitting here about 15 minutes ,I walked in with my receipt. I didn't ask for a manager but I nicely asked the lady did the window lady forget about my order because I have been parked in drive thru parking number and I have been waiting almost 30 minutes. She looked at me surprised and looked around at her team members. She apologized and said she would figure out where my order is. She surprised me next with what she had to say. They were looking for the person who had the parked car in the drive thru for a good 10 minutes she said,which seemed off because I was sitting in my car with it off because I was trying to save my gas and noone came out to check and seen if anyone is in it. She then showed the receipt to the lady that told me to pull forward and the lady looked at me and the one holding the receipt and all she did was throw up her hands like she had no clue and walked off. The lady with the receipt looked confused as much as I did and she promised she would fix it. She got me my meal and gave me 2 apple pies on the house. I was satisfied with what the second lady did for me but the drive thru lady did not take ownership or apologize like the second one even through she was part of the process. This always happens when I go here,wrong after wrong. Now I feel like I have to look out for myself because they never will look out for me. Even when trick treat and win was going on they told me the quarter pounder comes with this game piece like they do when it is monopoly. I come to the same place in the same day and they tell me no it doesn't. Problem is that the menu says it. I pointed this out and the lady told me this isn't true and to ignore it. I even asked a manager and she said the same thing. I normally go to burger king but I like the sausage mcmuffin sometimes with a hash brown. I always seem to regret when I come here. My mom ordered a fish fillet and there was half a cheese,yes, HALF a cheese on the bun it was also severely burned on that side but oddly the other one looked perfect. I could not go back because we were in a emergency and needed to be somewhere. Read moreToday I had to attend a meeting near the Delaware location. Upon leaving my meeting, I ordered online and paid via the app to expedite my order. When I arrived about 8 minutes later, I got into the drive through line. After 5 minutes with the line not moving (they weren't taking orders), I went around the cars to the quite available pay window. I told her I'd been waiting to give her the code for my order, but the line wasn't moving. She asked if I had paid. I said that I had. SHE told me to move to the next window to get my order. There was no one at the next window. When she noticed me, she walked over to the window with a puzzled look on her face. I thought that was od that she was expecting no one. There were still people lined up in the drive through, and there was still no one at the pay window. The woman asked what I needed. I told her I need my mobile order. She said, oh no you have to tell drive through. I told her, bit they aren't waiting on anyone. She said, well you just have to. Then she mentioned that they were running behind. Apparently, hold off customers was intentional. Interesting management, right? So then she told me I would need to come in and speak to management. Ok. Now I'm angry, and I think rightly so. When I start to go off on this extremely rude worker, she slammed the window shut. I went and parked and then I went in. There were about 3 customers waiting on food when I came in. When the lovely woman working the front finally waited on me, I explained about wanting to pick up my mobile order. She tried to locate it for several minutes. Then, she handed me a cup so I could get my own soda. Still unable to find it, she asked the cooks to please give her a sausage biscuit. That was all I ordered and it was a whole thing. About a month ago, I went through this locations drive through. I had the same 2 items. I was asked to go park and wait. Clearly, this McDonalds has serious problems. My biscuit was fine, but I wouldn't recommend it due to their inability to over prompt service. Everyone was nice, except the woman that slammed the window shut....
Read moreI had ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget made it a large and then ordered another just chicken nugget for a 1$. The staff stated I can’t do it that way. I would have to purchase just a chicken nugget to get the other for a dollar. So I said never mind give me two orders but do not supper size them. When I came up to the window the girl with a nasty attitude stated 26 dollars. I then said. I don’t want them large. She then said well you said supper size it. I said yes I did but if I can get the other nuggets for a dollar I would just the meal. And I also stated not to make them a large. So she changed the amount. Went to the second window and the girl hands me two large drinks. And I hear her say. Oh well I already made them. She hands me the bag. I look in the bag and they only gave 2 sauce for a 20 piece. So I asked the girl could I please get the other two for the 10 piece. She then grabbed the bag out of my hand and puffed at me and threw 2 more in the bag and pushed the bag at me. I never received a receipt. But when I went back to look at my account. The girl at the first window went back in and charged me for the 2 meals as a large. This was at the McDonald’s on Delaware Ave Fort Pierce Florida. McDonald’s M4411 for 18.82$. and then F6711 for 7.26$. The only thing that was a large were the sodas.
