On Monday, October 26th, I arrived at 7:45pm expecting a full buffet. The sign on the door said they were closing at 8:00. When I walked in, I asked about it, and the waitress explained they had to do some maintenance on their ovens. After surveying the buffet, I determined that there was enough edible pizza still out, and decided to stay and eat. I grabbed 3 pieces and a drink and proceeded with my meal. A few minutes later, a guy walks into the restaurant and it's apparent that the waitress knows him. It's probably her husband or a very close acquaintance. She hands him a box and he takes all the edible pizza, at least a full pizza and a half, sets down at the table and begins to eat. I got up, told them I wasn't paying for that, and left the restaurant. This man didn't have enough common courtesy to consider the other people in the restaurant still eating, and the waitress showed that she didn't either by giving the man a pizza box and allowing that to happen. I used to eat lunch here once or twice a week with my co-workers, but they have permanently lost my business due to the blatant disrespect of their...
Read moreCavanaugh Pizza Parlour has the best take-out pizza in Fort Smith! Their Pepperoni pizza with extra Pepperoni is our favorite. We order our pepperoni pizza “with thin and crispy crust, with lots and lots of extra pepperoni, light on the sauce.” It is absolutely the best! Using their online “two for the price of one” coupons, we like to order a second pizza half Pepperoni and half Hawaiian Delight with extra pineapple and extra cherries. Cavanaugh Pizza Parlour also has the best salad bar in town. The ingredients are always fresh and their lettuce is shredded so there's no hard pieces. The price of their salad-to-go beats their competitors because they charge one price for the salad rather than charging by the weight of the salad. If you like pizza buffets, Cavanaugh Pizza Parlour has excellent buffets for lunch and dinner. They have a great variety of pizzas and they'll make whatever you ask. And of course pizza is always complimented by pitchers of cold...
Read moreHonestly, I've been going to this place with my family since I was 5 years old. Today on my 27th birthday I realized how far downhill this place has gone. First off, good luck getting them to answer the phone and not getting a constant busy signal.... it is absolutely frustrating. Secondly, just about every time I go there the people running the register are rude and not at all personable. Example- I ask the lady if there is marinara sauce with my bread sticks and without looking she says, "It's in the box." I go to my vehicle, look in the box and of course there is not any marinara sauce. So I go back inside to inform the lady and she tries CHARGING me for the sauce and implies that I am lying about it being in there and insists that it is in the box.... As if I'm really that desperate for extra sauce? 🤦♂️ Anyways, if the pizza wasn't decent I would have stopped going back a long time ago but after today, I will never spend another penny...
