The breakfast burrito was packed full of flavor. The first bite was bursting with mild green chili warmth, cut through with onion, the salty richness of the cheese, and the potato bringing it all together. The accompanying salsa had a nice tang and no heat great for all spice level pallets. I paired my breakfast with a side of mixed greens. The earthy greens were dressed with an uplifting citrus vinaigrette. I had first ordered one of the Benedict meals it looked and smelled amazing. Unfortunately, it was topped with paprika (possible Bell pepper) and I am highly allergic to Bell Peppers. The staff was amazing in helping me navigate the menu to find something delicious that was free of any bell pepper. The atmosphere was comfortable even with an almost full house. I will definitely be coming back and bringing friends.

My first experience I ordered the crab cake Benedict. It was phenomenal. The hollandaise sauce was incredible, the eggs were poached extraordinarily, and the crab cake was crispy, yet moist and flavorful. The homemade potatoes had great crunch and softness. My second visit didn’t live up to the same level of satisfaction as the first visit. Before ordering I asked the waitress about how the corn beef hash is prepared. My two questions were. Is the corn beef shredded into to slices, she replied yes. Second question, are the potatoes cubed like the homemade potatoes. Again a yes. As you can see I was served what looks to be canned corn beef hash. However the eggs were prepared textbook over easy and helped semi mask the blandness of the hash. The first experience was 5 stars the second experience a soft 2 stars.

This place knows their egg dishes and is not afraid to try something different. It's a breath of fresh air for that area. I loved how influence of different regions are incorporated into their dishes. !Hikers Benedict. This dish was fulfilling. The crimini muahrooms and tomatoes help add umami (savory) to the dish. The asparagus was a nice addition. It was topped with dill hollandaise that freshens the benedicts. The greens were fresh with a good vinaigrette. Colorado Scrambler. It was a good dish. I like the tomatoes, green peppers, and onions. I do wish it had more pepper jack. The pork green chilli was a nice topper. Fyi. Wait to be seated. You may wait during morning hours.

I've dined here twice, and this place has issues. The first time, my food came out cold and I had to send it back, which isn't really a big deal. However, when my new food came out, my egg whites were not set. Somebody in the kitchen isn't paying attention. During my second visit, part of my order was wrong and the potatoes were undercooked for everybody seated at my table. Subpar food for one visit might just be an accident, but for two visits, I figure that's just the way the place operates. Aside from the food, the place doesn't seem to apply any sort of common sense to seating. During my first visit, my friends and I were seated at a cramped table in one of the most high traffic spots in the restaurant, wherein we could either have waitstaff and customers walking behind constantly, or sit back to back in close quarters with other customers. My hair was touching the hair of the woman behind me. Does it really make sense to put your tables so close to each other that the customers have no choice but to become close friends? During our second visit, we were sandwiched directly between two booths with young, energetic children peering over the seats at us. I expect this at the Waffle House or at McDonald's, but not at a place that charges $10 for breakfast. Maybe I'm a little bit sensitive, but the combination of mediocre food at poor seating have ensured that my friends and I won't...

My girls and I ate here on a Saturday morning. The waitress was very friendly and attentive to our special dietary requests. Between gluten sensitivities, soy allergies, and soft food limitations ordering is bit of a powwow involving us, the wait staff, and kitchen staff. Very pleased to say, in spite of the challenges, our waitress was patient. She ran back and forth to the kitchen to read labels and assist us in avoiding allergens. When our order came to the table, everthing tasted very food. The best part of our day is credited to our waitress. She knows her job well and performs her duties with kindness of heart. We will return again know we are not "food shamed" on account of our dietary needs. They have a gluten friendly menu versus gluten free. Most of the products cooked on the grill or in a pan are exposed to soy. The coffee is very good and they serve flavored creamers at the table. The brand they use for creamers does not...

Menu overload is a distinct possibility here. With so many options that all sound delicious I find it difficult to actually choose. That said, the couple of times I have been here my food has been served in a timely manner, hot and well-prepared (hollandaise included!). I have no idea how they manage to keep the tricky sauce smooth and fresh, but they do...and it's not the yucky packaged stuff most breakfast places try to pass off, either. (Or if it is, they have figured out how to make it better.) My poached eggs were perfectly cooked and my English muffins crisp. The staff is friendly, if not harried, as this place is always packed. My one complaint would be that the restaurant looks a little well-worn due to all the traffic- which isn't necessarily a bad thing! Even though it is loud in the restaurant, I was still able to carry on a private and much needed conversation with my son. He enjoyed it too and I am sure...
