Rally's — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

Came here just to leave this review on a man who works here named Kevin I believe? I was with my little cousin to get him some food and at the window; this man opened the window and just told us to get off of his property accusing my cousin of recording him and his property. My cousin is usually absorbed into his phone so his phone is super close to his face. The man kept saying that my cousin was recording him and that whenever the man looked over at us then my cousin would put his phone down. My cousin said he would put the phone down because he thought someone was coming over to take our money for the food but it was just a man telling us to get out. We tried to explain to him that we weren’t recording him and offered to show him my cousin’s photos and videos if he was upset but he kept telling us that this was private property and to get off of it. I understand his point of view but at least let someone explain their side without being so rude and continuously berating someone to get off the property. I went to the Anthony store because it's close to my house. I was on a budget for dinner the price was supposed to be $6 something because I also had a coupon for $1 large fries which I told them at the order screen. When I got to the window she told me the total was $7.98 I gave her the coupon and my card thinking it would take the extra money off with the coupon, and I did not get a receipt. I ended up being charged $10.68 which I did not see till this morning when I was checking over my charges and balances from the day before. I only had $9.99 in my checking so now I have NSF for $ .69 over the amount I had in my checking. I had to borrow $1.00 from my son's account to cover it before I get charged the $35 fee for being NSF. Food was great though that's why I gave 3 stars. Not happy about being charged extra and not getting a receipt cause how can I prove that I was charged too much with out it? Love Rally's food but this was not cool. I will however update my experience if it is much better next time to be far to Rally's every one...

Wow I went between the hours of 4-6 too and had the worse experience EVER in Customer Service. The short heavy set girl with the Afro ponytail was beyond disgusting in behavior. This will be the second time I’ve had a bad experience with her. First she was already in heat cursing after arguing with a previous person when I asked what’s her name she closed the window without saying a word. Secondly, after blowing my horn to get her off her pink phone showing her co-worker something on her phone she came back to the window. When I asked to speak to her manager she closed the window again and he came to the window. This Rally’s need a diverse staff in age, race and experience.
