Burger Box — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I think I have gone here for the last time. The energy in that place is just horrible. Can't even get a hi, hello or acknowledgement your even there. The cook did smile at me from the kitchen. Other than that this is the way this place is and it disgust me that a place could even stay in business with this attitude. Who know maybe it's just me this guy has an attitude with. Other people there never treated me like this. It shows he hates his job and what he does. If a person is so miserable in their job they need to find another place to work. Attitude shows and his needs to go on down the road that's for sure. I will just go out of my way to go further away to another place no matter how convenient it is. I ended up walking out because he couldn't even look at me acknowledge I was there or anything and he knew I was there. Such a disgrace of treatment to humanity in a customer...

It has the feel of an old hamburger joint but the lady taking my order seemed to be just an old lady that didn't want to be there and wasn't very nice I used the restroom. And I'm telling u I almost left not sure if it a sewage backup that happened in there but there was a drain in the floor and as soon as I entered I smelled sewage bad but what killed me was the black dried up stuff that appeared to be fecies about 3 in up the wall and all the way around it all over the toilet bowl cleaner I went ahead and got my food because the rest of the place looked clean got home my #3 was actually really good it was my husband's 12.00$ Philly sandwich that was in a hotdogs 🌭 bun that made me decide that for the money I spent for it it was just not worth...

I’ve gone a few times to support a small business and I’m done supporting. The food is mediocre at best, fries are barely cooked and pale with no seasoning. The sodas are usually 50-75% filled with ice. They pack everything in little brown paper bags you use for a kids lunch. The final straw was today where I got a chili cheese dog, bacon cheeseburger, fries, and chicken sandwich. That was all stuffed into said paper bag. Not multiples, just one. The bag ripped when I got out of my car and over $20 worth of food trashed because they’re too cheap to use an extra bag.
