WISH THEY OPENED @7-8 For Serious Mex. Breakfast and Lunch choices. WISHED THEY CLOSED LATER TOO. Not an Easy place to get during that time frame for me. But would definitely like to go back and support this restaurant. Went for lunch with a friend. We ordered Chicken Fajitas and Chili Rellano filled with Chicken and Iced Teas. My Rellano was Really Quite Good as Were Her Fajitas. We always share a taste of our orders before we use our flatware in our mouths. The Charro Beans were good but we were too late to get my pregetence, Pablano rice, but the standard Mex. rice was good. We were both Very Pleased. The Service was Very Good and our Server was Happy to Answer our Questions and Quite Accommodating at Bringing things to us and Checking back to see if we had other needs. The chips & salsa were also nice. I like the thin chips so I enjoyed those. I liked their salsa but it was more to my friend's taste. I prefer more heat and lots of bold flavor lime, cilantro as well. I can't complain about what we were served however. The salsa did have a nice flavor. I liked it ok. The Tea was even worth mentioning. It had a nice Clean fresh taste. It didn't taste boiled nor like it was about to go off and be undrinkable. It amazes me how many places serve tea that isn't very good and how many serve it when it is starting to go off. More surprising still is that people drink it and don't seem to notice that it is either not very good or has already begun to ferment or the storage container or spigot is dirty. Anyway this tea had such a clean fresh crisp taste that I couldn't stop drinking it. It was a really warm day. Normally I just order water because I don't want to have to tell people their customers are drinking bad tea and send it back. I hsd a refil + a cup to go as well. The restaurant was clean and simple but nice, not over decorated or over or under stated. It's appearance fits it's menu and price point. I will find days when I can go again. It's definitely food I could enjoy on a fairly frequent basis. Again, wish they openedearly woth more choices to put together for breakfast. Wish they were open for early dinner, if not late. We found several different things we would...
Read moreAbsolutely love this place. Super glad they are back open for lunch. If you have not found this literal hidden gem for lunch then you are missing out. They are a tortilla chip factory that opens up and serves breakfast and lunch. I have not been by for breakfast yet but their lunches are awesome. They have a quick and cheap lunch menu but they also have a full menu that is very reasonably priced and comes out about as quick. The thing is, the food tastes like they took their time with it. It is a tortilla chip factory and the chips and salsa are awesome. Truly one of those places where you will subconsciously always have a chip dipped in salsa not only before but throughout your meal. The nachos, are a meal and a darn good one. The hand rolled flautas, enchiladas, burrito and chimichaga are all on point and excellent. The burrito and chimi along with the nachos will be hard to finish for lunch but I do enjoy trying. I have yet to have anything there that didn't leave me satisfied and glad I tried it. Even the rice and beans on the plate are wonderful. Sadly enough too many places over look this part of the plate but not here. I find myself doing what i can to sop up as much of it as I can while eating the main order and it definitely goes into the to-go container if I can't finish. This is a for sure must try, especially if you are wanting something good but also quick. They are very covid conscience here from the masks to the menu so if that is a concern, it shouldn't be. You really should stop in an...
Read moreVisit today was very disappointing. The last 6 previous visits have been amazing. We are very dedicated customers. Have done pick up since the china flu. I ordered #5 as I always do. 3 enchilada's - beef, chicken, cheese. I subbed cheese queso on the beef enchilada. The meal came out drenched in sauce. There were 2 beef enchiladas. No cheese could be tasted. We were sitting in their parking lot eating. My husband took my meal back and told them the cheese had no cheese. Instead of apologizing and re-making it she argued and said it was how they make their cheese enchilada. I have eaten 100's if not thousands of cheese enchiladas and they do not have beef or beef sauce or ranchero sauce or whatever it was they drowned it in. They re-made the exact same dinner. Meanwhile my husbands dinner is cold, and I'm filling up on chips. I opened the usually awesome corn tortillas and they were stuck to the paper they put them on. Not able to eat one of them. Every time we eat here we order big qt of cheese queso, big bag of chip and extra corn tortillas, and take home meal(s). So, we are spending a few bucks here. Shame that this happened. I suggest next time when you ask the customer what's the problem and how did you want the enchilada cooked listen to them and make it correctly...
