Central Donuts & Bakery — Restaurant in Fort Worth

If I could give this business zero stars I would. This establishment is completely disrespectful. Do not go in to Central Donuts & Bakery unless you want to get subjected. I came in to pick up an Uber order, I gave them all the info they needed, even showed them on my phone. They proceeded to accuse me of trying to STEAL the order. Completely belittling me. Laughing at me and trying to refuse to give me an order I was there to pick up. She said”it’s just sometimes….” And tries to give me excuses that people steal. I felt completely judged And disrespected all for just trying to do my job. My faith in humanity is decreasing. Treat each other...

We took our child there to get a donut this morning. This is such a special treat for her as we rarely allow this. We purchased (1) donut, costing $1. We did not have cash, so we paid with our card. I understand card fee cost them money, but it's what we had. The lady at the register stated, "You don't have a dollar"? Which we stayed, "No". She thought about it for a minute, then took our card anyways. On our way out she stated, "Next time bring a dollar". I cannot believe how rude she was!! I went for donuts and this customer let his child put his nose on the donuts and touch them to pick out what he wanted.

The lady working the front didn't say a word. I guess she didn't want to upset her Caucasian customer, as it would've been the talk of town.

I like my business owners to have a backbone and hygienic standards. I don't care what socioeconomic status or cultural group the customer belongs to, speak up.
