Oh how the mighty have fallen! Rude employees, disgusting facilities, shady business practices! Beware!
This place has shady business practices. I informed one of the staff that I was having surgery this June back in February. She told me it wouldn't be a problem at all and to remind them in June to cancel my membership. I thought that was enough notice, but when I went to remind them today that we would be pausing or cancelling (it's May 29th today), I was informed that once the cancellation process was started, I would still be charged for 2 more months for my 5 children's monthly memberships (an extra $100 total). I reminded them that I had given verbal notice in February. At this point the general manager spoke to me like a child and mansplained that it wasn't his employees responsibility to remind me of the terms and conditions in my contract. As a small business owner myself, I countered that all of his employees should be trained to help people better understand the contacts they have signed. He countered by saying, it wasn't their responsibility.
So here I am sitting at a disgustingly dirty table, feeling frustrated and taken advantage of fighting tears. I have been coming to this place (Keller Location) since a few years before COVID (2016 I think), I just sucks to feeling so disregarded and to be treated like I'm an idiot. We used to love this place. We've spent so many birthday parties and events here.
Although I'm feeling very sad, it really is time to leave this Altitude behind. The facilities are so filthy. The bathrooms are just gross and are often empty of toilet paper and paper towels. Most of the current employees are impatient and unkind to the children. It's just not the place it used to be. And now they are stealing from people by not communicating contact terms better.
This is my review from years ago, makes me sad to read it now: This place is so wonderful you guys! It's seriously the most fun place to take your kids! The staff are so sweet and friendly. It's such a popular place though! But even when it's totally packed it's still a blast! We just did an impromptu get together it was just a fun place for the adults to sit around and talk and know that the kids were safe and having a blast jumping and playing. In my opinion if you haven't been here yet, you are...
Read moreThis message is in regards to a visit that my family and I had on 27Aug. We attended the park via a Groupon for a total of 7 people. Our visit was sadly disappointing from the moment we walked into the facility. There was a lingering musty smell that hit you the moment you opened up the initial set of doors and then we waited in line at the counter for over 35 minutes before we received any service. The young person at the counter was on the phone attempting to work a birthday party situation and the MOD (manager on duty) spent the ENTIRE TIME attempting to count a drawer. Meanwhile he kept looking up and seeing the line of patrons back up all of the way to the door and he made NO attempt to be a manager and get some assistance to the counter. The person working the phone and birthday party let Camron, the MOD know that they were getting flustered and “about to cry” and apologized to my family for the length of time it was taking and Camron did NOTHINNG! It was not until a patron and his sons behind me approached the counter and asked if anyone else was there to assist and then Camron grabbed his Walker talkie. Another young girl walked up to the front, saw how long the line was and retreated without helping any of us. Camron then proceeded to grab the phone after being asked (again) for assistance and then blatantly hung up on the man attempting to set up a birthday party. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized operation and once we finally got our wristbands all my wife and I noticed were the employees playing on the phones, not cleaning anything. That entire evening crew needs immediate retraining if not being let go and Camron is no where near ready to be a manager of anything. This used to be a really nice place with enthusiastic people working there but clearly that is no longer the case. The bathrooms also had no hand soap and we had to ask the staff to restock so we could wash our hands and they acted as if they did not want to go thru the trouble of locating it and...
Read moreTo start, the parking lot was an absolute nightmare. No parking and mud everywhere. Cars were getting stuck in the mud and it was a complete mess. The line to get in and get my children checked in for the party was insane. I could not even get them checked in on time for their party. There were too many people in this place. The kids could not hear their names being called for dodge ball so they missed out on that. They called the kids for pizza at 3:10 pm and they waited 20+ mins for the pizza, missing out on jump time. The pizza came and it was super cold. The hostess forgot gloves and plates so she had to run back . I started passing out the pizza because they were taking too long. After pizza, they never came back to clean up. I was cleaning up after all my guests. They never came back to serve cake and my party was ending in 5 minutes. I basically had to hunt down all of the kids and get the cupcakes served to them and hunt down the hostess because she had the lighter and candles. We didn't even have time to open the presents. It was a nightmare! I even expressed my concerns to the person checking me out (which took forever because they were giving wristbands to a party of 20 kids on the check out register) and he did nothing. He didn't offer a solution, discount or anything. There was another woman at the checkout desk expressing the same concern and nothing was done. We were basically told there is nothing they can do because they can't predict the amount of open jumpers. There are too many teenagers "running" this place and cannot handle it. There were too many parties booked and only 4 hostesses handling every party. This place was a mad house and is poorly managed. I will not be returning for a party and don't feel I should have paid +$200 for a party I basically ran by myself and had to serve cold pizza...
