Chicken Express-BoatClub — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Guys, please do not eat here. I've been to this location previously and have gotten my food cold. I understand that things happen, Sometimes, so I went back a second time and I don't know whether to be mad or just laugh. I said at the speaker, while giving my order, that I would like my food to be made fresh and they totally brushed it off and just asked me to pull forward. When I got my food, the fries were stale and cold . I went back in and asked them to please give me fresh fries. I wasn't even mad but what was annoying was that they didn't even so much as apologize AND it took them so long to get me new fries that my other food got cold, which they didn't offer to replace or seem to care about. And it was the manager who was being like that. The kicker is that I called the owner personally and he said to me verbatim, "I'm sorry about that ma'am. Unfortunately obama has ruined this country to the point where no one wants to work hard anymore and it's been hard to find a good staff." And at that point I was convinced I was being pranked so I asked if he was being serious, to which he replied; "ma'am I absolutely am being serious. Hopefully under our new president Donald trump we wil get honest hardworking people back in the workforce" and I said "so......you're blaming Obama, for my fries being cold?" And he hung up on me. I don't know whether to laugh or be angry but at any cost do not eat at this establishment. They do not care about giving you decent food to eat and they don't care if you complain and obviously the owner doesn't care because it's...

The girls at this location are not professional at all. I will never go there again. I didn't order two sweet teas, but when she handed them to me, I told her I didn't order them. She insisted I had ordered them. I said it was okay and that I don’t mind being charged for them but take them back no need for them. Then I looked at the receipt and saw that a large gravy was missing. I told her I needed another gravy, but she claimed I already have one with my meal and there is another grave , so I have two!!. I explained that I needed two more in addition to the one that come with my meal and that’s why i said i need 2 large gravy. She was unpleasant and told me I would need to pay for it. I pointed out that I had let the sweet tea mistake slide and charged for nothing which she had to ask me to refund but she ignored it, she doesn’t learn customer service from her Management . Have no time to waste for stupid situation I gave her my card to charge me and left without saying thanks because she doesn’t deserve it. Her attitude showed a lot of hostility, even though I was completely polite from the beginning. This is what happens when you hire people who don't care...

My husband and I went to this location after his doctor’s appointment. We got home with our food and the order was wrong, missing items, and the rolls were doughy. I called the store, the phone rang excessively, and someone who identified himself as the “manager” finally answered. I was in absolute shock at his reaction to me. He literally YELLED at me, said I was a “psycho caller”, and hung up on me twice. I am not making this up. I was pleasant, spoke kindly, and simply explained what happened and his overreaction, and verbal assault came out of nowhere. It’s scary to think that this man is managing (very poorly) a restaurant that is serving the public food. My family will never visit this location again. The owner needs to send his manager to the Chick Fil A training where if they make a mistake, they kindly apologize and make it right. Chicken Express on Boat Club Road just yells at customers and hangs up on them. Shockingly disturbing behavior towards this customer.
