Just got back from Sonic. Have been a long time customer for many years but that all ends today. Have seen this Sonic steadily decline to one of the worst reatraunts in the area. Employees look sloppy, kiosks are broken, and today I attempted to place two orders. Someone named Jess tried to take my order but spoke so fast I could barely understand her. Still, managed to get that order placed. Second order was a problem because what I wanted was discontinued, but is still shown on the website. Since there was confusion in explaining this to me, I asked to speak to a manager. She came to the car and identified herself as Kay Madison. She was rude and unhelpful from the beginning. She demanded I pay for the first order before even discussing the second order, then refused to show me the receipt for that order so I could verify it, even though she was standing there holding it. Without going into further detail, after 20 more minutes of arguing, I ended up giving up on the second order and asked the district managers name. Finally got first order, which was COLD by this point and went home to call the DM. District manager Josh Orcutt didn't seem interested in making the situation right and half-heartedly apologized and said he'd "take care of it." Something is seriously wrong with this store and it's management. We will not be going back. Suggest you avoid this business...
Read moreFirst, I want to say I have moderate expectations and understanding that fast food and people aren’t perfect. My experience tonight was very frustrating! First off my order was incomplete and it took 10 minutes of waiting for them to answer before I called the location instead to let them know. 25 minutes from that phone call I still hadn’t received my item even though a second order I placed had arrived. When the girl brought that item she asked if that was all and I told her no I was still waiting for my original missing item. She assured me she’d go check on. Then she comes back to my car with an order for someone else and still not my chicken. So I called the location again and told them that I am STILL missing my food and now all the food I had gotten was cold/melted. He said “they’ll bring it out now”. I got the item and went home. When I got the food out I was missing the onions and jalapeños on the coneys, AND my cheese tator tots were assembled with the cheese on the bottom of the bowl and the tots just thrown on top. The food was just all thrown in the bag with tots and fries spilled everywhere and to not even been offered fresh ice cream since I had to wait over 45 minutes for my order to be completed is just poor customer service. Read moreI came to the Sonic to pick up a mobile order that was for only 2 drinks it was checked in at 10:52 and said it would be ready by 10:58. We checked in right away and put we were in the Stall 2 for mobile pickups. Multiple cars come after and get their food before us and drinks when we had only ordered those two drinks. Then after waiting a whole 30 minutes we still didn’t receive them and had to go to the drive thru and had to ask for our pickup order and then the worker had the audacity to ask where we parked with additude when we were in front of the door in stall 2 by where all they workers brought the orders through that exact door. We saw about 10 people get orders bigger than ours even after coming 10-15-20 minutes after us. Terrible location and customer service the workers are not helpful and need to pay attention better and do their job better. Any other location in the area is better than this one for sure. Then we also ended up getting the slushies kinda melted which I’m expecting they had them there 30 mins ago ready and just never brought them out and still gave it to us which is even more ridiculous because after making us wait 30 minutes couldn’t even remake this melted ass slushie drinks that taste shit. Go to any other location for at least a decent experience cuz you won’t...
