I was looking in the DFW area for a meal prep place. I've tried different ones in the past. I decided to go with this one since I wanted to try something new.

From walking in and automatically being greeted by the sweet lady in the front. To great gospel music always playing in the background. You can't go wrong!

The meals are very fulfilling which I need to keep me full throughout the day. On each meal it displays the amount of protein, calories, fats, and net carbs. Also, it tells you the date to when to consume and freeze by which I like! A lot of meal prep places don't give you that information.

Writing this review immediately because omg!!!! So first of all I appreciate them calling me to let me know they were out of the muffins I ordered and if I would like a different flavor. As a service provider myself customer service is everything. The meals fit my plan perfectly. I got the Jerk Salmon Nuggets With A Mango Corn Salsa and yallll I normally don't like salmon or loose corn but this was beyond my expectations! Everything about this meal is perfection. I finally found a business on DoorDash that fits my goals. The muffins were good as well. I love blueberries so the replacement was perfect. I also go a cookie but I haven't tasted it and the Fresh Watermelon Juice was great as well! Very friendly and most importantly a clean environment. I made it 10 minutes to closing. As my first time I didn’t have any idea what I wanted but I was not rushed at all in fact the owner Kevin was very patient with me and explained to me the products they offered and told me how long both him and his wife had been at the location. Kevin engaged with me to gain a sense of the type of journey I was on and provided recommendations. I ended up purchasing 3 prep meals. I must say they did not disappoint of course I had to taste a small sample of each before I made it home and the taste was mouth watering. The chicken and waffles was so good now that was my fav.
