Order online on Sunday was told wait time will be 45min.-1hr. After waiting for about an 1hr30min called the location because our order never arrive. An employee ask me where I live, give him the information and put me on hold. When he return to the phone he stated that they don't delivery at trailer parks. They had cancel oour order, without imforming us that they had did this. I felt that was very rude because I live in a mobile home community, there is a difference between the two. I explained to him that just about two months ago the store delivery to oour home. He put me on hold and had the general manager get on the phone to talk to me about the order. I explained everything to him and she stated that they do delivery at my location but after dark they need to call to verifiy our order. I told him that we never received a call, he then went into quoting the number he had. I told him the number that he has is incorrect and that was not the number on our online profile. He continued to be rude, continue to quote the number. I told him that I have phone records of the last time we had pizza delivery because the guy could not locate our home and needed direction. The number that was used was the number on our online profile. So if I get a call from the delivery guy last time from the correct number why this time they are quoting me my number from three years ago. The general manager is very rude and has no respect for their customers. The whole time on the phone he is continually quoting their company policy about delivery and the phone number. I told him that I am looking at my online account an the number he is quoting is wrong. He continue insulting me by saying that what he had was on his records and I explained to him that I am not stupid and I know what I see on the online profile. I asked him about my payment he stated that I would get it back in 2 to 3 days. This part I feel is so wrong because it didn't take 2 to 3 days for it to come out of my account, they received their money right then ans there. I ask him will I get a email confirmation that my order was cancel due to their mistake showing that we will received our money back in our account in 2 to 3 days. Read more13 June 2018 we had ordered two large pizzas, wings, cheesy bread and boneless wings. They delivered the order but had two medium pizzas. Called the store to let them know that this is wrong and you need to fix it the manager there told me that it would be another 45 mins and its already after 10 pm before I could get my order. He had other customers ahead of me. I told him that I would be up at the store to talk to him. Over the phone he wont give his name or his GM name. I walked into the store and told them the order was wrong and they need to put me ahead cause I've already paid my money to this food. I still waiting 45 mins before I even saw the pizzas go into the oven. (Manager is making the pizzas). The young lady at the front is asking them were is my pizzas at and no one could give her a answer. I told him that is customer service skills and business skill are not there and you do not understand what it takes to keep customers. He then tells me there are two other domino's that I could go to if I was happy at this one. I told him again that is way your having problems. As I am walking out there is a young Asia driver that is yelling at me that he is going to call the police on me for being upset. Turns his car all the way around pretty much burning out to have his car facing me still yelling his going to call the police. He is not out doing his job and not trying to help understand why a customer is upset after paying for food that is not correct. Another guy in a black truck stop me to ask me what was going on and once I explained to him, he even stated that everything that happen was wrong. Read moreDO NOT GO OR ORDER FROM HERE. Everytime I order from this store I always have a problem. I hadn't gone in years because I knew how bad they are. Today I decided to give them a chance seeing if they had changed but it's still the low quality service it has been for the last 7 years I've known of them. To start off, their delivery times are never right. They will deliver you hours old pizza several hours after you were supposed to get it. Secondly the employees are very rude, if they even answer your phone call. I placed an order in advance today knowing that they take long and I monitor the tracking but nothing changes and it was almost time for it to be delivered so I call the store. The guy who answered thought it was a joke to treat me badly and to tell me chuckling "no your order is not going to get there on time. It'll get to you 2-3 AFTER your delivery time". I ordered for it to be delivered at 9:15pm. He wanted me to wait until midnight when they are already closed to get my pizza?! I asked if I went to pick it up if I could get a credit and he offered a soda. So of course I cancelled my order. I've had to go pick up my orders before and I've seen them be lazy and hang out. I have a huge suspicion that their delivery times are that long to get people to not order. I used to work in delivering pizza and if we saw a future order we would make sure to make time and manage our time correctly, even if we were busy, to make sure all the orders were delivered on time. And if they weren't we would go above and beyond to make sure the customers were happy. Unfortunately there isn't a Marco's pizza near my house to go and pick up fast or order delivery.
