Food is par at best, typical bar food. We went to eat with our two kids Monday morning 20 minutes after open. We were given the Normal menu, which is not allowed with COVID regulations, menus are supposed to be thrown away after each use, which is why most places do online menus now. Online menu was the same as we were given. There was Only one server and she got weeded and left us with empty drinks and the manager was no help to her. When our bill came we were shocked at the price and realized we didn’t get lunch menu prices. The manager informed us the lunch menu is not active right now, we said the server never told us that and he was very unapologetic and tried to make us feel like ā€œtough luckā€. He didn’t know what to do and had to ask the bartender for help. They ended up comping our apps but just beware. During all this the server seemed upset that we didn’t know and yelled across the restaurant ā€œmaybe we should put a note on the door so guests can’t complain!ā€ But never apologized or said anything to us and the manager never apologized. We won’t be back. Now we have two charges on our card and we will be watching to make sure one falls off.

Edited to respond: thank you for your response and reaching out. A gift card is not necessary, but we appreciate the offer! Since we just moved in down the street and want to like your restaurant, we gave it another chance and returned for breakfast this morning and the breakfast tacos were great! And the CFS was amazing! The Bloody Mary’s are delicious too and they are what brought us back. We will continue to support y’all and hope you can get the service kinks worked out....

I took my grandsons there last night (Sunday, Oct 27), we arrived at 5:50. There was a medium amount of customers, the place was not crowded. We ordered appetizers which took over a half hour to get, then ordered a sandwich and wings. We never got our food after many attempts by our waitress to get our food we finally asked to have it to go. It is now 8:00 and still do not have our to go order so I cancelled the order and asked to pay for the appetizers so I could get the kids home (who still have not eaten). 20 mins later, still no check, I go to find out what is happening and the waitress shows me how the register isn’t working and the manager isn’t helping. When she finally came to help she blamed the 2 second power failure except that she used a different register and had no problem. Sorry this is so long but over 2 1/2 hours later we had no food. It makes me really sad, we were so happy when this place reopened. This is the 2nd time the service has been this bad. We have been there 3 times but the first time we were warned that they are still learning and to please be patient and we were. That was 2 months ago. I never even received an apology from the manager which is so sad after sitting there for...

I was sooo excited they were reopned. Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be. Great remodel. Everything else is ruined. Can't hear game audio, waited hour and a half for wings, which were ordered well done and did not come out nearly so. Food lackluster, not what it was before the remodel. Can't serve mixed drinks. Manager told me "she was just doing her job" when server was trying to clear my table when I had to leave my table to get to go box (after asking for one 20 minutes before). That just topped it off when manager was rude to me and I had been patient through the opening pains. I have worked in the service industry, so I was really trying to be patient. It was just sooo many things going badly that ended up in a horrible experience. I loooooved this place before. I have been checking almost weekly to see when it would reopen. Sorely disappointed. I hope they can bring it back to a...

(11/29/2024) LOVE the new look! Open, clean, simple, bright, not loud, comfortable. The menu was kept simple, several favorite items from previously successful owners were kept. Still a neighborhood favorite hang out to catch a game, some grub, and a beverage. The food we ordered today came out in a timely manner, was delicious, and portioned correctly. (PREVIOUS ~ 2019) A favorite spot for locals and is always busy. Food is always great, servers friendly n fun, especially with regulars. Laid back sports bar atmosphere. Patio is dog friendly (leashed, well behaved, friendly dogs), but tables were painted with indoor paint, so are sticky in spite of being clean (indoor tables are fine). Daily specials. A frequent stop for us, especially after hiking Eagle Mountain Park. We usually get the fried jalapeƱos or chips n salsa, and split the spinach chicken avocado wrap. Hubby loves the fajitas, taco plate, or a burger.

Eagles Nest is very busy and noisy. But the noise it's not so loud that you can't talk to your friends at the table with you. Everyday has its own special appetizer. On Friday they have free ones. The place is clean the people are very friendly. There are a lot of younger people but there are older people there too enter treated the same as the others the air is very cold. Is a good place just to chill out and enjoy that a couple hours. 7/12/21 Still a good place with excellent burger specials. Well it's 4/8/22 and went on a Friday night. Don't go to often due to home location. Half price appetizers, potato skins were priced right at Half. Chicken avocado wrap was good, cold fries. Had an $8 bowl of $5 chili that was cold, couldn't even melt the cheese. Saw food on other tables that looked better. Outdoor ash tray by front door smelt like never cleaned. Just was not a good visit. šŸ˜•

We had a real need for wings. Eagles Nest Sports Grill has been recommended several times so we gave it a try. I may never go anywhere else again for tasty crunchy wings. We ordered teriyaki, spicy honey, bbq, and chicken fried (yes, chicken fried chicken wings!). We also ordered an appetizer sampler with fried jalapeƱo, fried pickles, mozzarella sticks, and onion strings. The wings were bigger than any I've seen lately and were perfectly cooked. The sauces were flavorful but didn't take away the crunch of the coating. Everything on the sampler platter was great also. There is a pretty extensive menu here so we'll return soon for a ribeye or tacos or sandwiches, salad, or soup (the chili is almost world famous)..
