Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

This was by far the worst service iveI received from any Pizza Delivery place and that's said because expectations are already mediocre. My order was over 20 minutes late the 2 liter I ordered was warm. When I called to ask where my order was is took 10mins to get the mannama on the phone and he somehow tried to convince my it was my fault my pizza was Late. After my order finally showed I greeted the delivery driver I calmly asked what's happened my Pizza was supposed to be here over 20 minutes ago. His exact words (SO WHATS YOUR POINT) rather then engaging with the driver I simply took my order and closrc the door . The delivery driver proceeded to squeal off in his truck. I'm not much of a reviewer but this was ridiculous and the is obviously something wrong with this location and I wowi be contacting the General manager since the Manager which I talked to should not be in...

My pizza arrived cold and not delivered from a papa John employee but instead through door dash. No where in the app does it say my pizza was going to be delivered by Doordash, if it did I wouldn't have ordered. If I wanted my pizza cold because Doordash drivers don't ever have a hot pizza bag, I would have ordered through Doordash, but I ordered directly from you expecting a hot and safe pizza. There was no safety seal on the box, so not only was it cold but I can't trust it wasn't tampered with by a third party driver. So now I can't eat the pizza and I'm out the $28 dollars because your store couldn't credit me back because he said it was delivered through Doordash. This is the proverbial straw with your company...

We ordered two extra large pizza with 16 wings and opted to pick it up. Only after about 10 minutes, we received a notification from the app saying the order is done. Our pizzas had 6 toppings so it was not a simple pepperoni or cheese pizza. When we came to pick it up, the staff looked like they didn't want to be there and just slowly going through checking us out. When we got home and eat the pizza, one of them was severely under-cooked. The pizza dough was chewy, The texture was pretty much gum-like. The toppings was not distributed evenly, all of the onions were placed in the center and it still had a strong smell due to being under-cooked. We'll never order from this Papa...
