I've ordered two veggie sandwich bowls recently through a third party delivery app. Both times, the ingredients I've selected don't appear to come through to the restaurant, and there are missing toppings. That aside, the quality of bowls received leave a lot to be desired - sparse ingredients, mushy tomatoes, and a lot of lettuce filler. Other nearby locations don't skimp on the toppings. I'll pass on this one going forward.

Ordered sandwiches for the office on JM icing day. Ordered 11 sandwiches- it was ready early. Service was excellent. My crew all gave 4 & 5’s for food. So has far had sandwich shoppes - jersey mikes is up on the top.

We gave the GF sub a try today and I am very pleased to report the staff working today went above and beyond to make sure my there was no cross contamination. I am thrilled to report my son who has Celiac did not get sick and he is very happy to have found a sub place he can safely enjoy. Please thank the staff working today around lunch time for taking the proper precautions when making a GF hot sub (especially the gentleman working the grill). You made my sons day! We will definitely be back!

Edited to add: we visited again on 10/26 and I have learned Richard is the wonderful gentleman that deserves all the praise. He remembered me and my son and made my son’s GF sandwich for us (I asked). He pays very close attention and understand cross contamination. Another BIG thank you...

Very amazing people I loved the experience and I showed up ten minutes before they closed one of my servers was named Chris and they are the AGM for the store and they need a RAISE NOW! Don’t play with me and don’t play with their MONEY! They are Amazing Please Play them like 19 dollars whatever they get isn’t enough, after being at work all day ( open to close) they greet everyone with a smile! Love it very much!
