It is now 5:48p...I was in the store by 5:45p, of which I just Intentionally traveled 1hour to get here before 6p, HOWEVER, A YOUNG MAN MET ME AT THE DOOR SAYING THAT THEY WERE CLOSED. I said that they didn't close until 6:p, but he said, She Already Turned The Fire Off. I Asked For The Cook. A Lisa came out COMFORTABLY Stating That They Were Closed...BEFORE 6:00p. I said, I just drove an hour out here, and you weren't supposed to close until 6p. She said, we shut everything down by 5:40p. I THEN SAID, THEN YOU DON'T CLOSE AT 6:00P, YOU CLOSE AT 5:40! CLOSING AT 6P, MEANS YOU TAKE YOUR LAST CUSTOMER 'UP TO' 6:00P, ANYBODY 'AFTER' THAT IS TOO LATE.

ANY JOB I WAS ON, IF CLOSING WAS AT 7:00P, THEN WE HAD TO SERVE UP UNTIL 7:00P...EVEN IF IT MEANT THAT WE WERE THERE UNTIL 7:30-8:00P.

THESE FOLKS NOW, JUST WANT TO DO WHATEVER THEY DO, AND THEN GET OUT WHEN THEY ARE READY...Bump The Closing Time😶!

POINT TO PONDER: A CLOSING TIME DOES NOT MEAN THAT 'YOU', THE EMPLOYEE, IS WALKING OUT THEN. IT MEANS, IT IS THE TIME THAT YOU TAKE YOUR LAST CUSTOMER...EVEN IF YOU ARE HELD UP PAST THAT TIME.

By the way, Owner...You Just Missed A Few More Customers. One was a family of 3.

Lisa was the cook today, that closed early. She was walking out, locking the door, approx, 6:01p.

Randy, was no longer here. He closed at 6p.

I don't know the young hispanic that was with Lisa tonight, who might I add, was pulled off BEFORE 6p.

It is now 6:14p. I am submitting my review, and Now Have To Travel My Hour Back Home, To Find Something Else To Eat😑.

Let me just say..... "This place is AMAZING!!!!! The BeSt FISH, without the fishy taste, lightly battered & fried, yet seasoned well .., 'Y🤓U MUST GIVE THEM A TRY'!!! You will get full (but not that heavy full) & probably have to save some for later. The pricing is 'VERY REASONABLE", for what you get. The salad is fresh, the fries are hot & crispy & the fish is OUTSTANDING!!! Now, let's discuss the location. I must admit, the location is not in your safest or most ideal area, but when I say, it's worth it, "IT'S WORTH IT! We actually ate in & it wasn't bad at all. I had a review about "The Catch in Fort Worth (Camp Bowie Area) & how the fish/seafood didn't taste real..., well let me tell you this is REAL SEAFOOD with Great Pricing! I had the #6, which was the whole catfish meal, including a drink and my total was $12 & change, in which to me, is not bad at all.. All I can say is "Give them a Try"!! Literally it's a 'MUST HAVE', You will not be let down. I definitely will be going here 2 or 3 times a month, as long as the food stays "Excellent"! The Customer Service is ok. Nothing Outstanding, but the Food Speaks for itself, so no biggie on the Customer Service. 😊

P.s.- I think out of all my reviews this establishment is the 2nd to get 5 stars from me, so trust me when I say, "They know what...

I ordered 2 sacks a week in advance and picked them up. 2 things happened that make me give Louisiana Seafood 5 stars.

1. I asked for a price a week in advance and they gave me an estimate but said “we won’t quote the price because it might drop by the time you pick them up”. I thought that was complete crap but ordered them anyway. When I picked them up they were $0.29/lb cheaper than the original quote. They were honest to their word.
2. One of the sacks I purchased was half dead. I picked them all out, took videos and photos for proof, and called and told them. They said no problem, we’ll make it right. I went back and they gave me a full sack for free and they were all perfect.

Prices were fair, service was excellent, and the crawfish were large. I will be returning. Mark and Jose, thank y’all. Helped make an awesome day for...
