ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE LOCATION! I PLACED AN ORDER FOR $44 WHEN THE DRIVER ARRIVED HALF MY ORDER WAS MISSING! I ASKED HIM WHERE IS MY ORDER HE SAID I DON’T KNOW CALL THE STORE! I SPOKE TO JERMEY WHO TRANSFERRED ME TO PETE WHO WAS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL BUT TOLD ME NICK THE STORE MANAGER WILL CALL BACK. I DECIDED TO CALL BACK AND REQUESTED TO SPEAK BACK TO PETE BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO SETTLE FOR GETTING THE ORDER RESENT. THE OTHER STORE MANAGER JERMEY PICKED UP THE PHONE AND WAS SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! ACCUSED ME OF JUST WANTING A REFUND WHEN I PAID FOR ITEMS AND DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEMS! I WILL NOT GIVE ANYONE FREE MONEY IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ITEMS! HE MADE ME SO ANGRY MY BLOOD PRESSURE WENT UP! MY ENTIRE NIGHT IS RUINED FROM ARGUING WITH A PERSON THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A MANAGER! EVERYONE IN THERE NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!!!! THEN JERMEY TELLS ME IM GOING REQUEST A REFUND BUT IM GOING TO REQUEST NOT TO DELIVER TO YOUR HOME EVER AGAIN THEN HANGS UP! I WILL NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! I HAVE IT ON CAMERA THAT YOUR DELIVERY GUY DID NOT PROVIDE MY FULL ORDER AND WHEN I ASKED HIM HE TOLD ME CALL THE STORE , THEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE A 35MIN WAIT FOR THE ITEMS TO GET RESENT OUT SO I GAVE THEM THE OPTION OF REFUNDING ME WHAT I DID NOT RECEIVE. Again the entire interaction is ON CAMERA! With that being said I’m filing a report through my credit card company and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE LOCATION EVER AGAIN! Read moreI just tried ordering from this location by phone (because their online ordering system was down, which I understand, things happen) The man I spoke with at the call center was friendly and got me to the nearest store to order directly after stating they too were having issues and wouldn't be able to take my order, but the local store could. As soon as the call was picked up by the person working at the local store I was cut off immediately, and told I need to call the call center. I started to explain that it was the call center that forwarded me to them and only got about two sentences in before I was cut off again and he got an attitude and said they were too busy for me. I understand being busy. Things are crazy right now. I would've been happy to wait if you hadn't cut me off, gotten an attitude and been rude with me when I wasn't rude to you. The last thing I ever want to be is a karen. But I am seeing multiple complaints of people at the store having an attitude so I guess I'm not the only one. Papa John's overall is great. We've never had a problem before. But if you have to order from this particular store, do it online or hope the call center can help you. But I personally won't be ordering from this...
Read moreAfter several attempts with the new operating order system and with their new delivery service, I will not be ordering any more pizza from my local store. When placing an order, I receive a total price and estimated delivery time, and every time there has been a problem. My most recent order, I was told my order was complete and paid with card, but after 45 minutes of waiting, I called the store and the manager said my order never went through. Even though my card was charged and I had received an estimated delivery time. I am totally blind and always let them know. On my previous orders, I have left notes with the operator to have delivery driver knock on the door. But instead, they just left the order on the porch without me knowing about it. At that time my order was outside for over an hour and a half. So, at this point, I have tried several times to understand and sympathize with the location... now I just won't order from...
