Updating review-
Yesterday I went to this location and ordered breakfast. They gave me the wrong order. Mistakes happen and we got enough food so we just let it be.
Today, I placed a mobile order as usually my order is right when I do. I went through the drive thru realized I forgot an order and ordered a second order with my mobile order. I was given 4 bags which I was assured both of my orders were there. I received all sodas so I assumed the meals were complete. When I got home I discovered two burgers were made incorrectly and 1 6 piece nugget and 8 4 piece nuggets were missing for my order. This time there wasn’t enough food for everyone so I went to McDonald’s figuring I’m a regular customer they will just give me the missing items and own up to their mistake. Wrong, the cashier was willing to make the burgers correct which had to be sent back twice as it was wrong still, however, she needed approval from manager for nuggets and asked for my receipts. I gave her both receipts and eventually the manager came to me. She said that she marked off putting the nuggets in my bag and gave me four bags, I explained that I did not receive the nuggets and their must have been a fifth bag I didn’t receive. She basically accused me of trying to get free food. I’m on a budget so I can’t repurchase the items so now some of my family has to go hungry and share food for the night. I will never go to this McDonald’s again, nor will my family. I’m very disappointed in how the manager treated me and more so disappointed in McDonald’s as an establishment. Before this event I previously rated all 5’s and was very happy with this location.    Read moreWe have been to this location many times, and the consistency of the food has been hit or miss at best. However, today was the last straw. Upon going through the drive thru, the lady taking our order repeatedly ignored order items, and paused frequently when talking. When reaching the pay window, I had to wait for her to end her call on her personal cell phone before taking my payment, and when checking the receipt, I noticed that the order was still incorrect. Having given up on getting the correct order, I went to the next window to receive our food.
When I returned home, I found that the sizes on the food items were incorrectly portioned, even for the charges, and found that the food was also undercooked (red to pink color inside of one of the burgers). We called to note this, and were told that we would have to visit the location again to receive a refund for the raw item, despite verifying all of the receipt details for the transaction (which was paid with a card). Not wasting more gas for overpriced and undercooked food that didn't even match what we tried to order as it was. Poor food, poor food service, and poor customer service...
   Read moreIt only I counties 0 stars. Every single time order is wrong, they make you wait in a parking spot for 2 happy meals. I ask for plain bc my kids don’t like mustard. We al Mays get everything on the burger. Their ice beers to be calibrated because you literally get three ice cubes in your drink that 3/4 full . Sometimes you get your food at home and the happy meal toys aren’t even in the box. It’s not hard orders. It’s just asking for plain cheeseburgers or are you straight up missing a whole pack of chicken nuggets. The service is extremely slow and nobody cares most of the time it’s bad it’s in the afternoon and night. The morning shift seems to have it more tight but the afternoon and evening is terrible. Nobody knows what’s going on and they just all look at you like you’re asking for too much to have ice in your drink in Texas or for some ketchup and you order sometimes three happy meals and two adult meals and you ask for ketchup and they give you two packs and look at you like crazy when you ask for some more please can corporate or whomever this is franchise look into the store to get it ran even at a decent level of...
