It’s like dropping into a relaxed country club bar/restaurant from before 1980. It’s not a big place, but can accommodate quite a big group. John the bartender has been good the 2 times I went in. Only tried the food once, and it was excellent. I highly recommend the skirt steak. Came with fries, a grilled green onion and what I think was a slightly spicy hollandaise sauce. Fabulous concept cocktails and croquet. The Yellow Daisy 💛 was worth the trip! Everything else was a bonus...knowledgeable, friendly staff, comfy nooks to sit and socialize, and Allie, our wait person was awesome. Interesting food options. We only tried the zucchini carpaccio, which was salty goodness, the olives were amazing, the chips light as air, and they were perfect with cocktails. Still new so giving it the benefit of the doubt. The food and drinks were good but the service could be better and the air conditioning. It was pretty hot inside and we had to ask how seating works, I expected a host or someone to come up to us and let us know but the place is so small I see why they don’t have one.
