Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience with an 11 pm late night order. I wasn't expecting a whole lot, but Taco Bell's open late & the order wasn't placed at closing .The food was predominantly what I expect from a Taco Bell meal except for the Caramel Apple Empanadas. I ordered two of those, but received two hollow fried crust pockets. What are those called? Oh, yeah...hollow fried crust...Not empanadas. Empanadas have a filling. That's kind of the point. Instead,.for my whatca ma call its, there was a drop of the filling sauce in one, but not even a piece of a BAD 🍎 APPLE survived the fry process for the other. I requested Fire🔥 & Hot sauces, utensils 🍴 with napkins & received? Absolutely nothing! Also, don't bother calling them because they don't answer the phone. On the 3rd try, a gentleman answered & said, "Hello", as if he were asking me a question. Shocker: The call got me no where fast. I was just wanting to make them aware of what had occured, but I think my call actually woke him from a dream, only to then realize we were in Taco Hell! It's the attention to these types of details, or, rather not, that say everything about a place of business & the staff working there. update/edit : i'm willing to bet my left nut the same girl from previous visit ^ is the same 1 i had the pleasure of getting laughed at during my most recent trip here, why though, you might be wondering?

well, no matter what TB i go to, i usually ask for the 3 soft tacos supreme aka the #2 and alternate here & there on how i say it when ordering. it's not usually a problem ever, employees usually understand it (and why wouldn't they?) anyway, this time i ask for the 3 soft tacos order with a drink when i notice a pause from the intercom and get responded to with "umm the #2?" followed by a sarcastic chuckle, as if i am the idiot for saying it that way. obviously no interaction when getting the food either

so PSA, to everyone pulling up here in the off-chance your order is taken by this individual, don't be a moron like i was and only ask for menu items by the number listed, the kids working here know much better than we do as long time customers and won't hesitate to let you...

Horrible experience. The young lady behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude and gave us the nastiest looks. The food… was insulting. We had to go to the counter 3 times to have them fix the items we ordered which they did not even fix and just handed us messes on top of messes. We came here to enjoy lunch with our boys and walked out in disappointment. There was however a very young gentleman who was a sweetheart and had very good customer service. I wish I grabbed his name but he had kind of long curly hair. He needs to go to a better location that has other employees who actually care about their jobs as he does .0/10 though overall. This location desperately needs leadership and someone to come in and show them how to properly run it. Additionally, the tables were not...
