Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I just want to say that I thought customer service was nonexistent since Covid but today I had change of heart! I was not having a good morning so I stopped by Starbucks on Hwy 170 in Fort Worth to pick up a couple of my favorite items. To add to my bad morning, my car died in the drive thru. While waiting on my husband to come help me, I called Starbucks to let them know my car died and help was on the way. Amilia came out shortly and asked did need anything, offered water and offered to take my order without payment. When she brought my iced coffee out it had “Sorry” written on it. I also went in the store and asked to borrow pliers and she provided them to me as well. This really made my day!!! There is still GREAT customer service in the world. Only leaving this review because I’ve been here multiple times and I seem to always get questionable service. I pay for extra toppings like caramel drizzle or Carmel crunch toppings and they either forget to put it or super stingy with the toppings. I don’t really deal with this at other Starbucks. So idk if it’s a policy thing at the location or what but that’s just my experience. I do love how convenient the location is, super close to my house and right off of the highway. Waited outside for the store to slow down, walked up to the counter and paid with a 20% tip for a grande pike place with three honey packets after being told they only had Pike Place. 10 minutes of waiting later, I walked up to the counter to ask if I could get my coffee and was told the two batista were working on it.
