I just want to say that I thought customer service was nonexistent since Covid but today I had change of heart! I was not having a good morning so I stopped by Starbucks on Hwy 170 in Fort Worth to pick up a couple of my favorite items. To add to my bad morning, my car died in the drive thru. While waiting on my husband to come help me, I called Starbucks to let them know my car died and help was on the way. Amilia came out shortly and asked did need anything, offered water and offered to take my order without payment. When she brought my iced coffee out it had “Sorry” written on it. I pay for extra toppings like caramel drizzle or Carmel crunch toppings and they either forget to put it or super stingy with the toppings. I don’t really deal with this at other Starbucks.
