Brenda's Blessings — Restaurant in Fossil

Very excited to have a place to grab food at in fossil on a Wednesday. We ordered a meat lovers pizza which costs $25. I get it’s homemade dough, but pretty steep price for pizza. Pizza was adequate, but nothing I would deem as special. They serve everything on paper plates. Again, if your gonna charge $25 at least give us real plates/utensils. Additionally, they don’t have an items like parmesan cheese to put on your pizza. Staff was friendly and attentive. Dining area was very Smokey from oven not from cigarettes, but still left you smelling like...

This place saved our lives so I kind of have to give it 5/5 stars haha. We were on our honeymoon and had traveled up the John Day Highway expecting to find another restaurant in town. But it was closed!

But Brenda’s wasn’t. We ordered up a large pizza and it was amazing! The atmosphere was great too, very kind, full of local characters that were a pleasure to meet, and was overall super accommodating to wary travelers.

It may not have been our bougie butt’s first choice, but it definitely will be if we ever make our way through...

Our group stopped in for breakfast on a long motorcycle trip. We walked in and Brenda had fresh baked tarts hot and ready that she brought out to us. They were incredible. We all ordered the breakfast burrito and a coffee. It was hot and delicious. She also took our picture with our bikes in front of the restaurant.
