I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional food your business provided at our wedding. The food quality deserves a solid 10. However, I feel compelled to address the challenges we encountered with customer service and business etiquette. While I won't delve into specific details, I would like to express that if you seek an stress-free catering experience for any special event, I do not recommend working with this business.
Additionally, throughout this process, my mother, who tried to mediate, experienced poor treatment. I remained firm and direct but always respectful. I share this feedback not to dwell on the negative but to highlight areas for improvement in customer service and human decency. On the most significant day of our lives, I had hoped for support and understanding. Unfortunately, the female business owner chose to give me a hard time leading up to the night before the wedding, adding unnecessary stress to an already important occasion.
While the prices and food quality were exceptional, the customer service, unfortunately, receives a rating of 0. I hope sharing my experience will contribute to enhancing the overall service for...
Read moreWe stumbled on this place when we found our intended restaurant's dining room was closed due to staffing issues and how lucky for us! We were given a single sheet of paper with a list of different entrees starting that we could get soup, entree and dessert for $10! There were 3 soup choices, and at least 15 entrees. I had the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and a side, and the piece of meatloaf was very generous. Someone else got the roast turkey with stuffing and mashed potatoes while our third member got crab cakes with mac and cheese and stewed tomatoes; all meals had generous portions. And yes, we all got dessert and there was a lengthy list of choices. For $10! Drinks are extra. Now they only offer this deal on Wednesday and Thursday so I can't say anything about their regular menu but this is a deal. Oh and they have frozen meals in a small freezer for $3-5. There's a small parking lot in the back (don't park in the funeral home's lot). This is the building Mateys had been in, if that...
Read moreMy husband discovered this place while working in the area doing traffic work, and was looking for a cup of coffee , and ordered a breakfast sandwich . Well that led to him trying a cinnamon bun. He brought it home for me to try and , I was in heaven. We have now bought 2 full trays of them, they’re that good. Soft, lots of delicious icing. Hubby also brought me some salted caramel that they happened to have and that was also delicious. We’re not from that area, but Im about to have him drive me out there to try some more goodies . He said they are very nice people and you can’t go wrong with anything you order. Luckily he’s still working in the area for awhile so I can have him bring home more goodies. If owners/employees see this, this is Joe’s wife, the guy who works for WTC and is always getting coffee and cinnamon buns . I’m craving that salted caramel by...
