Wawa — Restaurant in Fountain Hill

Probably the worst Wawa I've been to all the employees are rude and grumpy often times taking out frustrations on customers and each other, I was yelled at a couple weeks ago for taking a good ticket thing through the self checkout because normal I was able to do so at other wawas but not this one. They always only have one register open and have they're back turned to half the store leaving it open to theft. From what I've heard around the area people often steal from here because the employees are too busy yelling at each other to notice so alot of people do it. Food at the counter is almost always made incorrectly once again because they are yelling at each other or at a customer (from my experience on frequent visits). This store needs a slap in the face and a new change of management, infact it shouldn't even have been put into an old turkey hill in the first place, my family call it the wewa theft shop. I’m a hiller , live a few block away so this wawa is convenient. Unfortunately I’m constantly having issues with my orders. If there is a certain time frame for food then the app should say that, my order was failed and another time they didn’t have all the ingredients for my bowl… why make it then not knowing if I would still want it….? Also orders not being made on time. My husband places orders for me around 2am while he’s at work for it to be ready in the morning when I go to work… and I’m usually standing there waiting for 5-10min past the timeframe. I dislike this Wawa. Visited three times in a week and my experiences did not improve. My lunch is my disappointment and why I am leaving a negative review. Generally I love Wawa soups...today I stopped for some Chili and chicken fingers. The chili is watery. Maybe the most ive ever eaten. My chicken fingers aren't hot, and they feel old, like they were reheated for me after sitting around. Cashiers are friendly, but service is seemingly slow.
