The Manager Chris was extremely rude and unprofessional and would not deal with the burnt pizza that was delivered to my home. He insisted that the pizza be taken back to his store for him to see after he insisted that only the crust was burnt. What’s the purpose of getting food delivered if I have time to go take the pie in for inspection when it should have been inspected for quality before being delivered. Chris has no sense of customer service or respect for a long-time customer as he hung up the phone up on me while speaking. He should be retrained or terminated if he refuses to treat customers with respect and ensure that the food ordered is up to par.

I went to the car to check my food and was provided the wrong order so i took it back in to let her know and i put emphasis on the fact that i opened each box to check it so she would know that someone's food was exposed. At that time i watched her put the food back in the warmer and handed me my food. Very unsanitary to still give the customer food that was opened by someone else outside the establishment.

Don’t bother, they don’t stand by their product but surely one day they’ll rip off the wrong customer and will find themselves in a lawsuit. If you serve chicken that contains fresh blood, I don’t trust your establishment to remake anything. To be fair, this is the second time we’ve had issues with this location (different issue). Refund or store credit? People work hard to make a living and expect edible food instead of having to spend more money to have a decent meal. Hard pass!

WARNING!! IF YOU WANT QUALITY FOOD AND TO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR DO NOT EAT HERE!! My order was messed up, not once, not twice BUT 3 SEPARATE TIMES ON 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS!! The first two times I called and let them know but told them about it and took my food back to be remade the same day. I just wouldn't be back. The third time, I had no other choice BUT to order online from them because my vehicle was in the shop and I needed a delivery and they was the only place open. My pizza "crust" was still gooey in the middle and there was hardly any sauce on my pizza. I ordered it with extra pepperoni and cheese and the had hardly any of either. I called back and told them. I couldn't come back because I didn't have a vehicle. They said they would add a credit to my account and I could come/call back at ANY time redeem it and have it delivered if needed, seeing as it was delivered for the original order. I called back this evening to order the pizza OWED to me and was VERY RUDELY informed that I waited too long (3 weeks) to redeem my credit and there was NOTHING they could do. She asked why I waited so long and I said because everything I get from there is horrible and only decided to redeem it tonight because I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to cook or leave the house, which k shouldn't have had to explain. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! The customer service is horrid, the food is not even close to being acceptable, and the employees seem to think it's ok to talk very derogatory about someone after a phone call thinking they had hung the phone up but did not and I heard every word. This place is a joke and needs to be shut down. A local Marco's would be such a better place to have in Fountain Inn than this hell hole of a pizza joint!! This Pizza Hut is basically the McDonald's of pizza establishments. A big waste of space. Please if you have read this far....CHOOSE ANOTHER RESTAURANT!! DO...

I normally order pizza from this location, because my address is in Fountain Inn, even though I'm closer to Simpsonville.

I accidentally ordered a carryout pizza via online. I called the store immediately to ask them to change it to delivery. This took 11 minutes!! The time was 6:47pm.

They told me that the couldn't deliver to my address. (They have been delivereing to us for several years now). My pizza has been paid for and they are giving me the run around. They put me to a manager (AJ), after I told them that I didn't need another order and told them again that I"ve already paid for a pizza.

It is now 8:11pm...no pizza! I called to see if it was on the way, he said no, it's in our system as a Carryout!

ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW!🤬

He said I can change it to delivery or cancel the order. He tells me, he's the manager, that's when I realize that they lied to me when I asked for their names earlier. I said so this is AJ.. He said no, I asked him his name...his response was "your order has been cancelled and I'm NOT giving you my name. You'll receive your credit in 6-7 business days." Then he hung up on me.

The manager needs to be fired!

They have HORRIBLE customer service. It didn't use to be like this. I have taken Jordan, a previous Manager cupcakes in the past, because his customer service exceeded my expectations.

This new manager is despicable and I'll just drive to the Simpsonville store...

Called to order a large meat lovers pizza yesterday , placed the called about 3:33pm to be exact. As I’m going threw with placing my order they said my card didn’t take so I said cool I’ll pay with cash np , then they informed me that my order would be out shortly. 4:50pm arrived no pizza , so I called they said the delivery driver came to my door ( which he didn’t b/c I have cameras on my house that notifies me of any time some come to my door ). They said he tried calling me but , the number they had was off by one digit . Mistakes happen no biggie . So I’m assuming it was the manager I was on the phone with, he stated that he would add a credit to my account , and remake the pizza himself and send it out with the next delivery driver. I’m like ok great . That call was placed at 5:02pm . Here it is going on 6:30pm again no pizza . So I called back again to get an eta, for another guy to pick up the phone to let me kno he sees nothing in the system about a delivery order for anything. And I had just explain to him what happen. But he said he looked and there was nothing in the system . Don’t waste your time ordering here , go to the simpsonville location instead , which I should have done the first time , but b/c of my address I have to order from the fountain...
