I came here because I wanted a little treat & it’s a part of the RV resort I stayed at for a few nights. It’s located at the front of the property and has two drive through windows. It’s clearly marked outside and built inside a little barn. I guess there’s lots of parking around if you wanted to walk in as a customer! There’s three stools and a little counter top where I sat to wait for my drink but this isn’t the kind of place you go and do work and have a coffee while sitting in. It’s more of a to go environment. There’s lots of cool little things to buy- adorable mugs and little things of that nature. It has a really welcome and warm environment. The staff member was very friendly and had some good recommendations. I tried the Blanco with two shots espresso per recommendation. On ice. And I took a chocolate chip cookie to go with it. Priced accordingly for a craft beverage. It didn’t take long to get the order even though there was customers in the drive through and only one employee. Wasn’t very busy either. The drink was delicious. A simple iced coffee- not too sweet but still hit the spot nonetheless. The chocolate chip cookie was really tasty too! It’s a neat little coffee shop and I can see why locals come here on their way to their jobs or for a tasty treat. A great alternatives to the Starbucks at the grocery store. Also supporting local. Would return and recommend if you’re looking for a...
Read moreIf you love road trips and coffee as much as I do, or are a local in the southeast end of Arizona, I highly recommend you make a stop at Desert Brew! My partner and I are driving cross country and thought we could stop at a coffee shop instead of the usual quick gas station coffee!
Location: the coffee shop is a small building separate from the larger building, Lifestyle and RV Spa which is across from it. There’s a building where you order your coffee and pastries, and a separate building where the lounge area is if you would like to drink your coffee on spot. Both areas are clean, welcoming and beautifully decorated for the season!
Service: The service is wonderful! The barista will give you time to review the menu and their specials, and asks questions for clarification.
Food and drinks: they have other non-coffee drinks if you wanted an alternative energy boost! The coffee was delightful. I ordered a hot oat latte, and the oat milk did not overpower the espresso shots. My partner ordered one of their specials, Caramel Canyon and he said it was amazing!
I also ordered a banana bread muffin and it was SO good! Moist enough and not too crumbly for a muffin. The texture and banana taste was well balanced.
I think we found a little hidden gem in a small town called Willcox, AZ. Definitely give it a try and support local businesses when you’re road...
Read moreI normally dont leave reviews but when it consistently happens thats irritating especially when I go pretty much everyday. Maybe she's just tired of seeing me lol. Cold coffee when ordered it hot. Came home and warmed it up though and it was good. Girl when I go in the mornings doesnt seem to have a decent attitude & isn't very helpful when asking what all they have as far as flavors go. They don't have list of all their flavors. So I ask and when I do she seems annoyed. Will be going to other coffee shops in the mornings from now on sorry.
*I do order soft top and get it hot at dutch bros, starbucks, etc...and my coffee is still sizzling hot. But thanks. I'm a big coffee lover and have had...
