Gold Stallion Restaurant — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Dined here for the first time last Friday, and let me start out by saying that the food was good! I wish my review could only be focused in this fact. The Beef was cooked perfectly and the onion rings were definitely home made and delicious. My wife's burger was cooked well and she liked it. My Mom loved her Spaghetti. We felt the prices were a little high, average $12-15 for most menu items, but that is not unreasonable. Restrooms were not gender specific, which was awesome, and very clean.

However, the problem is that the place was packed and there was 0 effort given to protecting guests from Covid-19. The tables were not spaced, the servers and staff were not wearing face masks. There were no sanitizing stations. The level of ignorance is appaling, I feel like I need a Covid test after dining in here. This is the main reason for the negative review, but our server was also not attentive to the water drinkers at our table. She brought beers to those who were drinking the second they ran out, but I was drinking my wife's water because there was no refill provided. So service could also be improved.

Overall, I only recommend for take out only at this time. The restuarant could at least try and make an effort to follow Covid-19 guidelines, but since they do not, I...

Don’t waste your time!! That is unless you got time to kill. My wife and I stopped by tonight after an appointment for dinner. There was a band playing and you could barely hear yourself think, let alone talk to anyone in your party. Okay, no problem. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. After a good 30 minutes or so, they finally showed up. She then takes our entree order. After another 30 minutes passes by, she said the kitchen is behind. I said to her at this point, can you cover the entrees and I’ll still pay for the appetizers. She agreed. She even offered them at a reduced price and I said I’ll pay for those since she was doing the entrees. Fast forward another 35-40 minutes, I had to ask where our meals were. Guess what? She said she canceled the order!! After seeing us sit there all this time, she never said a word to us and this is the way we were treated!! We will never go back and all our friends will be told about this...

Ok, to be clear, we love the place, cold beer, good drinks, entertainment and the food is always great.....when it's what you ordered. Once in resturant and twice now with carry out got home only to find out it was the wrong main ingredient. "Chicken nuggets" are not "chicken wings"! A suggestion, if you offer nuggets list them separately from bone in wings. If its communication add a button to the register separating "bone in wings" from "chicken nuggets" for clarity to the kitchen. If there is a button, the Line's got to know the difference. Nuggets are white meat from the breast. Wings are dark meat. Nuggets are coated with a crispy thick breading. Wings have minimal or no breading. Oh, and wings have bones, part of the reason people like them! A suggestion, list "Trophy White Meat Chicken Nuggets" (or something) on the menu right next to your already excellent Stallion Wings.
