We are visiting from out of town, and apparently they cater to the locals. We were completely ignored, and one of us ended up going up to the bar and placed our order there. Meanwhile people who came after us were waited on and served before we ever even saw our food. Our pizza was given to a table next to us, and of course the customers didn't bother to say it wasn't their order. 2 of us at the table had our burgers and finished eating and the pizza hadn't arrived yet.
