If anyone wants the WORST CUSTOMER service and EXPENSIVE food for LOW quality this place is perfect. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and for the past couple of months I’m not sure what’s happening with food quality and honesty. For the past few months I have ordered almost every other day and noticed they will change the portions of the food and still charge same price, I called to ask them about it and talked to CHELSEA a SERVER and not only was she extremely rude she thought she muted the phone and Trashed talk to the cook about my questioning of the size of my soup since it was less than half the container, when I ordered the day before it was normal portions and I just had enough of them charging me for extremely small amounts and then giving me normal amounts. She put me on “Hold” and continued to talk about how she didn’t want to deal with this and she thought she had muted the phone. This establishment is very unprofessional and will hire anyone. The food has gone down and they are serving smaller portions and charging the same and ripping off the people of Kingman. Please support other Asian establishments here in Kingman. I will NO longer order from this place they are not Professional Owners/employees. They are the RUDEST/UNPROFESSIONAL establishment I’ve been too, and will argue with you for asking why you got half the amount of food they gave you last time I have never been somewhere they actually argue. Food is not the quality for the price. Very...

We have eaten here twice in the last two weeks. All together, we have ordered the chicken breast pho, lemongrass chicken wok, and the spring rolls. The pho broth is excellent. The chicken is good, but I had to spit out some fatty and/or hard pieces out, but this isn't unusual for pho in general. The pho portion is very good, and you can ask for more lime, bean sprouts, jalepenos, and tahi basil if you need more. I highly recommend the pho. The chicken lemongrass wok dish was not a very big portion, and I personally didn't think it had much flavor. I wouldn't order it again or recommend. The spring rolls were good, not great, but good. Served with a very small portion of sweet/spicy sauce, but I'm sure you could ask for more. Service: The staff is very kind and attentive if it isn't too busy. They are working very hard and are sometimes short staffed. We had to wait about 10 minutes to order and get a beverage. She apologized profusely. She was just busy. We didn't mind the wait, but I can see someone getting irritated. There was a group that came in after us and were able to place their order before us. I'm sure tge staff will get it in time and we will be back. So glad to have a GOOD...

I ate Kino Kitchen when it was a roadside stand during COVID. I was disappointed when they stopped selling food from Facebook. Kingman needs more ethnic variety, and it was great we had a Vietnamese choice. I was thrilled when they announced they were opening an actual sit-down restaurant.

The food is wonderful. I've had the pho, papaya salad, and today I had crispy pork belly while my wife had crispy fried egg noodles (looks like a bird's nest!) The food is fresh, well seasoned, and brought out hot.

The price of food is about average for a sit-down place. Today's meal was around $55, and that was for two appetizers, two main dishes, and an ice tea. Portion sizes were filling.

Every server we have had has been polite and attentive.

There is seating both inside and out, but it is limited. Even so, we have never had to wait very long for a seat.

Overall, it is a nice place to eat and has been a great addition to ethnic...

At the end of the day the food here is VERY VERY good. It truly does speak for itself. That being said, I'm just sharing my experience and that's it. Our waitress was very kind, but seemed to be very inexperienced. Most of the wait staff there gave that impression. There's no hostess stand so everyone kind of congregates around the counter/ cashier. It looks a bit unprofessional. The menu doesn't quite look put together, BUT we went during the soft opening. This is my observation and my first impression. When I brought these observations up to my daughter who was with me, she said so what! Those things don't matter to her and I assume wouldn't matter to others. I personally like a bit of professionalism and a polished look for a sit down restaurant. But again let me reiterate that the food itself was delish and we'd be back.

I order Mongolian beef and they put HARD NOODLES IN MY FOOD WHEN I DIDNT ASK FOR OR ADDED IT. SO I CALLED AND THEY GONNA TELL ME ITS A ADDED EXTRA FREE OF CHARGE. THEN I TELL THEM I DID NOT ORDER THAT. LIKE WHO REALLY WANTS HARD NOODLE IN THERE FOOD. THEN GONNA SAY THEY NOT GONNA FIX IT OR GIVE ME A REFUND AND PROCEEDTO HANG UP IN MY FACE. ILL NEVER ODER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. The first photo is what I got. And the second and third photo is what they are advertising. Now you tell me if it looks the same.

I went here when it first opened and was not impressed. A second try was about the same. HOWEVER, they’ve changed. It is SO good now! The staff is exceptional and I’ve enjoyed all food that we’ve had there. Alyssa is top notch. We go about three times a week now and it has been consistently great, each time. We love the rare steak pho and egg rolls. Pour in a bit of siracha and basil, and it’s perfection. What a blessing to have Kino kitchen here.
