Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Four Corners States

I love Marco's. When they opened this new location closer to my house I was very happy. The first time I ordered from the new location was on Super Bowl Sunday. It didn't look busy. I walked in and the staff of 10 were working their tails off. Fulfilling orders that have been placed over eye last several hours. I have to commend them. Especially the manager. As I stood there and waited for my order I noticed they had at least a dozen orders ready to go out the door. Apparently a lot of people placed their orders earlier in the day but scheduled them for 5pm. Smart but I think Marco's should have a failsafe. To block out certain times so that they do not get to bombarded. And that's exactly what happened. The manager himself called a customer and apologized for their order being late. He offered them a refund but also he would bring them their order himself. This specific Marco's has been open for only a week and they are taking it all in stride. Nice work. So before you come here to complain that your food was a little late, make sure you factor in when you ordered your food. If it was during the busiest day they will see all year long on week 2 of being open, you may want to show some compassion. Our food was perfect. It was amazing as usual. We were excited to have a new piazza option since we do pizza once a week in our house. The first few time we got it, it was great! But as the time went on the pizza got way worse and the service went down hill. Last week they did not give us the correct order and we just didn’t notice till we got home so I called to just get my money back for the missing item and I was told that the owner is out of town and I have to call back days later, the “manager” was super rude. I didn’t bother with it and just thought I’ll give them another try. Ordered today and when I went to pick up I was ignored when I walked in, the workers were doing “moonwalk” on a very dirty floor covered in what looked like flour, minutes later they asked if I ordered and my order was done, got it home and honestly it was like a frozen pizza that was reheated. Real shame because when they first opened it was very good! Based on the last couple experiences here we will not...

Listen, the pizza is good. The kids working there are responsive, seem to care and try hard. But they outsource their delivery to 3rd party drivers. We ordered a pizza that was supposed to be delivered by Uber, they never picked it up. We called, they re-dispatched to another delivery service, who never showed up.

They refunded us, swore the pizza would be delivered still, it never showed up. We can't always order for pickup, but not being able to rely on receiving our food will limit us from considering Marcos when we want a pizza.

3rd party delivery drivers are going to put this place out...
