A Gem in the Wild Wing Neighborhood!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the newest coffee shop in Timnath, and I must say, it is a true hidden gem! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re right at home. The owners, who are just the kindest people, have truly poured their heart and soul into this space, which shows in every detail.
The coffee here is outstanding — rich, flavorful, and perfectly brewed. Whether you’re a regular drip coffee lover or in the mood for something a little more adventurous, like a matcha latte (which is now one of my personal favorites), there’s something for every coffee enthusiast. The breakfast burritos are a must-try— they’re the perfect way to start your day. I also appreciate their thoughtful selection of gluten-free options, making it easy to enjoy a delicious breakfast no matter your dietary needs.
But what truly sets this coffee shop apart is the environment. It’s cozy and family-oriented, with plenty of space to relax or catch up with friends. The vibe is casual and inviting, making it a perfect spot for families, friends, or anyone just looking to escape the hustle and bustle for a bit. The owners make everyone feel like part of the family, which adds to the charm.
I’m excited to see how this place grows in the coming months. With the warmer weather approaching, I can already imagine this coffee shop becoming the go-to spot for everyone visiting the beautiful park right across the street. It’s going to be the perfect summer hangout.
This is a business that’s going to thrive, and I’m already looking forward to many more visits. Keep up...
Read moreAfter waiting over 2 years since the original barn was leveled, the Red Barn project is complete and Pedro's Coffee Shop is open. As a WildWing resident, I've been looking forward to having a eatery/gathering place within walking distance. The completed project is very nicely done. However, I was surprised that the venue does not offer views of the mountains - the west facing windows are taken up by the kitchen area downstairs, and office spaces upstairs. The windows in the inside gathering area face the drive through and east parking lot. A disappointment as I was hoping there would be upstairs and outside seating with views to the west. As large as the building is, the inside gathering area is a relatively small portion of the space. Maybe I missed it, but it would have been great to have a separate room for larger groups like the Hub has. Stairs, entry, offices, restrooms, and hallways take up a lot of space. The outside space next to the parking lot will be nice in warmer weather. The food is not made on the premises but is ordered from local vendors and is reheated. The baristas and staff were very friendly but slow (took 20 minutes to get a hot cocoa). I am sure they will speed up with experience as I was there the first week of opening. All-in-all a nice addition to the...
Read moreI've been excited to check out this new coffee shop in Timnath and finally got too. What a great addition to Timnath and it's such a beautiful space. Whoever did the design and layout did a phenomenal job! The coffee shop is so cute and quite large. There is lots of nice seating inside and an upstairs as well. And the beautiful outdoor patio area is large and can accommodate many. I had an unsweetened coconut milk matcha and it was delicious. I am always trying to find coffee shops that use the good unsweetened matcha tea and not a sweet powder like Starbucks does. I also want unsweetened almond or coconut and they had both. Nailed it!! My friend had a latte and she said it was delicious. It looks like they have some yummy breakfast burritos and sandwiches & bakery items. We didn't try any but it looked good. I'll frequent this place often and I highly recommend you all check it out! Oh and it looks like they are bringing Pedro, the...
