We stopped at this little coffee shop this morning on our way from MO to UT and I am so glad we did. It is a lovely place with friendly and fast service. I ordered the burrito and my husband ordered the biscuits & gravy, then we both ordered a Salt of the Earth coffee. The burrito was fabulous with egg, sausage, potato, green chili. My husband liked the biscuits & gravy and that’s saying a lot because he is super-particular. They also had the MOST fabulous hot sauce I’ve ever had. I’m hooked. We highly recommend stopping by here if you’re driving on I-70 through Flagler. You won’t regret it!!

Took a short trip to Colorado recently and was pleasantly surprised to find Soapweed Mercantile & Coffee! They had the best bubble teas that I have ever had. I had to go multiple times while I was in Colorado! I highly recommended this coffee shop, there is also a lot of really cute items in the boutique area and the atmosphere of the shop is awesome and relaxing. I highly recommend "The Fern" bubble tea, it was delicious!

What a find! I had noticed the pink car with COFFEE on it on my way east and made a mental note to stop by on my way back and I’m so glad I did! Soapweed is just past the 1950s diner. The woman who greeted me was so nice and made me feel welcome right away. The coffee was excellent and I had one of the best donuts I’ve ever had! The shop has perfectly curated items. I will definitely stop anytime I’m out this way!

Emily and her team go above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide top-notch service. It’s clear that they put their heart into everything they do, and it shows in the quality of their products and the kindness they show to every customer.

Their coffee is always delicious, the environment is cozy and inviting, and you can truly feel how much they care about their customers. It’s rare to find a business that consistently prioritizes both great products and genuine customer care. I’m so thankful for the hard work they put in to make every visit special!

If you’re looking for a local spot where you’ll be treated like family and leave with a...

I paused my travels for a quick energy refill at the Soapweed Mercantile and Coffee Shop, and I must say the experience was once in a lifetime. I was introduced to the world of boba and bubble drinks, and let me tell ya it was one of the best drinks I've ever drank in my entire life. Not only that, I was able to buy my girlfriend beautiful jewelry too. It was truly a win win experience. As for the service... IMPECCABLE. I felt welcomed and wanted in there, they didn't treat me as a dollar sign. They take pride in their work to put a smile on your face and you can get a refreshing...
