Subway — Restaurant in Four Corners States

This was one of the weirdest experiences I’ve had. Two women working. One with a tattoo across her neck and the other had blue hair (I’m only including those details because I didn’t see names), the one with the tattoo jumped right in and helped the blue hair lady, who was helping a man. That was nice to get us started. Well my husband orders the footlong meatball sub (we are sharing it) she asks what bread but looks at me, not him who is ordering it. He looks at me and I tell him I don’t care, she says “I don’t care either, you’re getting white”. I look at my husband and my husband shrugs his shoulders. I giggle a little. She then asks what kind of cheese, while he says mozzarella, she at the same time says “or do you not care about this either and I choose”? I say my husband chose mozzarella. Now I’m done with her. So I move on to the cashier, tattoo lady kinda barks at blue hair lady what we got and to ring us up. Then barks at her again about how she does it (blue hair lady thought she messed up, she didn’t). The entire time I was looking at tattoo lady she didn’t blink, I kept looking at her to see if she was for real, like maybe I wasn’t catching her joke. Husband confirms she never blinked. ZERO STARS! We arrived at 7:45 as soon as we walked in the door, the lady at the counter told us she was closing in 15 min so If we wanted to order a sandwich we better hurry. The whole time she served our family she was complaining about how she needed to leave, that she had been there all day and was closing early. A woman came in the same time we did and when the woman at the counter finished ringing us up, she told the lady that had been waiting she would not serve her and that she was closing. Note the sign on the door states the store was not to close until 9:00. Absolutely unacceptable for an employee to refuse a customer who was waiting in line before closing time. We are very unhappy with how she treated us and the woman behind us. Do not give this subway your business,...

Don’t stop here and eat. Traveling and stopped to eat after being on the road for 14 hours. Drive through only opened due to CV-19. Son asked for extra mayo and cheese. Took the sandwich back because there was not enough mayo or cheese. The employee said “ it has mayo and cheese”! Ans closed the drive through window.
