A year ago today we had the best cake I’ve ever had on our wedding day from this bakery. Instead of freezing, we opted to get a personal cake the next year. It’s just as amazing as I remember. The cake is amazing quality. The structural integrity of the cake is impressive. I tend to find most cakes sickening sweet, and this frosting is not that case at all. It is the perfect balance of sweet and creamy. The cake is beautiful and delicious, and I’ll continue to dream of this lemon and raspberry cake.

Hired for a wedding and all my guests RAVED about the cake. Soft, moist, not overly sweet, great balance of flavor. I went for a semi naked look as I’m not a huge fan of frosting. I often find it too sweet but hers is perfect. I had such a fun time designing, and it was her idea to put the hoop, and it really created visual interest. Food makes or breaks a wedding. This one made it!
