The OutPost @ Beaver Creek — Restaurant in Four Corners States

The heavy set gentleman with a cowboy hat and glasses is a less than mediocre bartender and the social skills of a disgruntled social worker. Our first half of the 5 adults and 3 children arrived and ordered 3 hamburgers and 2 drinks one being a salty dog which he mixed w /taquilla not vodka BIG Difference. A few more show up, order a pizza then the last 2 came who ordered or tried to order a margarita but couldn't get any service as the bartender mentioned above proceeded to bs w/ other customers. When he finally asked what we needed then asked for who he rudely brushed us off like he didnt care. After another 20 min one of us went back up to order it again & he said he heard us. Another 10 min after cleaning up he took another order then finally brought it no salt not a word just walked away. The pizza came when anticipated but no burgers, which when does a burger take longer than pizza? 30 min later most of our party left and still no burgers only attitude. The last time we went and ordered wings but got nothing an hour later. Ordered rum and coke, got whiskey w/ coke. I cant have whiskey so i mentioned it & was told they didnt have rum. Im beginning to feel like im singled out as an unwanted customer. I would like to know why but either way if this is normal practice or not, something is...

Such a great new spot! Not fancy, just a great local spot with great drinks and food, for reasonable prices! Friday and Saturday we’ll definitely be stopping in for awesome sushi! We got the Cowgirl roll (which was gone before I thought to take a picture, it was so good!) and the Caterpillar Roll (pictured). Drinks were tasty, and so reasonably priced! Can’t wait to go back and try the wings, we heard they are awesome.

Had to add more photos, and again rave about how much we LOVE this place! It’s like “Cheers” in AZ! RedBeard is awesome, always welcoming and greets you with a smile & warm heart! And seriously, for such a chill place, the food is SO GOOD - wings are amazing, as are the ribs, and the mango habanero homemade dip is killer! Sushi is so good! Again, love the Cowgirl Roll, and tried the Surfer roll last night - I can’t stress enough that you HAVE to try it! You won’t be disappointed at...

I can't possibly describe the number of bad experiences that we've had at this place. We keep trying and trying hoping it gets better. We literally watched our server pick food out of our food basket. The guy also claimed to be the owner. We ordered deep fried mushrooms and I actually got what I believe was a piece of deep fried chicken fat in the basket. What else have we seen? The owner was also rude to a number of customers who came in and asked what their hours were... He told them that it was posted outside rather than telling them to their face what the hours were. We observe plenty of people, walk through the door and sit down to get no service in 20 minutes. The owner acted like he was too busy to get to them, yet he was the only one there.
