Timberline Cafe — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Rude employees and rude manager.

They didn’t provide all the ingredients as listed and refused to refund. They didn’t even mentioned if something was out at the time of the order.

They are trying to sell the nachos of $12 with just chips and cheese. No other ingredients as listed.

They were not accepting their mistake or apologetic to that. An employee said he started the shift at 7 in the morning and didn’t knew they don’t have so and so ingredients until 3pm, 8 hrs of his shift. This place has limited food options and I am sure they created order same way for everyone. No one complained so they were getting away with it.

Didn't have prices listed. Ended up paying $16 for a large (standard medium sized) Pepsi (from lack of choice) and a bag of popcorn. Didn't question it, because in my mind I thought I misheard $6. Nope, sure enough, checked my account and it was $16. I expect prices to be up since it's a tourist gift shop, but you wouldn't expect them to push the prices past movie theater menus. ...

This cafe located on pikes peak roll road would probably be your final stop before heading up to the summit. They have this cafe inside inside glen cove lodge adjacent to the gift shop.
