Finns Restaurant — Restaurant in Four Corners

We stayed at the resort over new years and dined at Finns once. The experience was so poor we did not return. We called ahead to make reservations for our large group. When we arrived the place was nearly empty but our table was not ready at our reservation time. Our waiter was very friendly but not attentive or fast. They were out of quite a few things on the menu. When they delivered our food we discovered they forgot to put one of the orders in and so it arrived way after everything else. As soon as we got the last plate they started cleaning up the restaurant and trying to rush us out of there. Most of the food was lukewarm and lacked flavor. The item that was forgotten (nachos) arrived with cold chicken and soggy chips (and still charged the full cost + automatic gratuity. Overall they were very understaffed and serve...

Walked up stairs and got to the host stand, the second we got there one of the managers who were sitting around on their computer yelled at the staff for not being at the host stand and ignoring us… keep in mind we had just got to the host stand and none of us were bothered until this incident which left us uncomfortable… they were out of a few options on the menu so it seems like there was an inventory issue, but hey it happens I guess… Food and service were okay, it’s apparent they’re short staffed as we only ever saw one person working (not including the maybe manager who seems to enjoy berating their employees) and the managers don’t treat the staff very well… feel bad for the workers… hope yall find better opportunities in the future or get a new...

We sat down at 6. Off the top the waiter says they're all out of wings. 15 mins after all 6 have made their order the manager comes out to tell us there's no hamburger and he'll take our order then disappears. That's 2 out of 6 that don't have meals on the way. We had to flag down someone to retake our 2 orders by this time everyone else's meal is coming out. In the meantime we were comped chicken nachos that tasted like the chicken came out the can and finally received what's pictured and that's how I gave it right back to them. The manager offered to comp something else. Cool, I ordered the cast iron cookie and that took so long I told the waiter to scratch it and bring the bill. Needless to say, I'll pull my belt tighter if I'm hungry before I'll eat...
