Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in Framingham

Marlborough Rte 20 I been going through the Drive through 3min...I have my order and I am gone. Same owner has 3 of these they're really nice help politely taking orders from the time they get in the stores Doors. Does it get slow yes but you need to no customers have to find there charges and money it's a good 2 or 3 minute wait on the customers When you are pulled up the order is Ready to go into your hands.. Monday June 6, 2022......new follow up on Honey Dew Donuts......has things changed and in what way has the Honey Dew Donuts Changed there ways....yes 1 changed with a different sandwich, summer drinks are out And New help has been hired for the past month.. or more importantly reliability is the key for anything especially a morning Time Donuts shops....and 🍩 coffee ☕ Always good and Hot and tasty and consistent especially morning and middle of the day lunch is a great idea for this chain of business. ....with all said questions answered by me and what I see And experienced at the Honey Dew 🍯 Donuts 🍩 SHOPS...... Me and one of my friends went into the location, and we have dne this before for the state to be clear, with a single Dunkin Coffee to order food and were told by a guy NO DUNKIN, GET OUT. And we tried to say we jut wanted food and said again NO DUNKIN. OUT. to use. It was also raining and we walked there. We've done this before and have never been told to leave with Dunkin coffee and Ice Tea. This is tsrgeted towards us and completely rude. We were trying to go in, order, and leave. Now we don't have any breakfast.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. 0/10. WORST...

Excellent customer service at this location. They remember my coffee when I arrive always with a good morning and a smile. I even witnessed a customer come into the place distraught because she lost her keys. The employee (Kelly) didn’t miss a beat threw a glove on and in the trash she went and found the customers keys. The customer was so appreciative and it really was above and beyond her job requirements. Thanks for being my morning...
