Subway — Restaurant in Framingham

This is by far the worst subway location, this location should close up or at least relocated to another ownership. There’s this one staff who loves to play the guessing game. When I would come down to order rather than asking “what bread?” He goes “Atrisan Italian is good” and takes it then after protein and toasts he grabs a handful of lettuce? When I never had the chance to say what I want. I had to tell him “no I don’t want lettuce I didn’t say lettuce I want spinach”

I’ve worked in a food industry and this guy is older than me man, if you hate working there then quit or give the establishment to some other owner/area in Framingham. My feedback? Start with “Hello what bread would you like” as the other...

Ordered a sandwich, went home to eat it, unraveled the paper wrapping, and underneath the sandwich was one of their knives. I tried calling 3 times to simply have the situation resolved and return the knife, first time I tried calling, I was hung up on. Second time, a man answered, I explained the situation briefly, and was offered no reply. He likely had stepped away from the phone due to the distant conversation I could hear him having with a presumed customer. I waited, then decided I’d just recall. This is the first time I have been charged extra for guac on the southwest steak wrap. The ingredient list includes guac and when ordering online, it adds it for free.
