I stopped by this Wawa for a sandwich and a few other items. An employee named James made my sandwich, and I want to recognize the exceptional service he provided. I made a mistake that could have understandably caused frustration, but instead of reacting negatively, James was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. He resolved the issue with a great attitude and couldn’t have been more pleasant. His level of customer service truly deserves to be commended. Bravo, James! What a shit show! I got my food… almost all of it… when I asked about my pizza the kid behind the counter goes oh they’re “probably making it…” five minutes later he goes uhhh what did you order a pizza? So he goes to make it meanwhile the rest of my foods cold…he then sets my pizza down and another five minutes go by and I ask is that mine ?
