Terrible Experience - Rude Staff and Unwelcoming Atmosphere

I recently visited High 9 with high hopes for a good meal and pleasant experience. Unfortunately, my visit left me deeply disappointed. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that we were not welcome.

The staff's attitude was nothing short of appalling. The cook, in particular, seemed to have a problem with us being there. The unfriendly glares, eye rolling, and cold demeanor were hard to ignore. It was evident that they were not interested in serving us and were inconvenienced by our presence. It felt as though we were intruding on their space, rather than being valued customers.

The unwelcoming atmosphere overshadowed any potential positives that the restaurant might have offered. It's disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism and lack of hospitality. I strongly advise anyone considering stop in here to think twice, as no one deserves to be treated with such disrespect when simply looking for a meal.

Would not recommend unless you’re a local. Was bad service 2 years ago but thought maybe with family issues they might try harder to keep doors open. We had 3 tables due to no room for party of 9. Was going to push tables together but weekend before owner got rude and told are friends you cant do that here and if you don’t like it find some where else to eat. Are first table had menu and food before we ordered. After 1.5 hours my brother and his girlfriend had to cancel order to get on the road (at this time are first table was done eating and ready to pay there bill) After 2 hours we got a pizza and burger and burger was raw so my brother could not eat it. We ended up eating at the gas station after 2 hours sitting there waiting on service. They was not busy we watch locals come in, sit down, get drinks and menu, got there food before we even got a menu. We were sitting right next to the bar so they knew we were there (and not busy they had one bar tender one waitress and 3 peaple poken their heads out from the kitchen). I’ve been to this restaurant a multitude of times. The hamburgers are great! But this time the waitress was a mess, she couldn’t get the order right as she just wanted to get back to the bar turning her back to the customers to text on her phone. Ordered a cheeseburger and got a raw double cheeseburger. She didn’t ask how my friend wanted it cooked!!! Ordered fettuccine and never got it. Got the great garlic fries and fried pickles. She brought one set of silverware but I never did get any silverware. Not once did she even come by to refill drinks or ask if we needed anything. I had my credit card on table to pay the bill, we were waiting for our take out order and the owner came with it. We told her what was happening and she said”PAY YOUR BILL!!!!!
