Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Frankfort

The waiter was friendly, but that is about the only good thing I can say about this visit to this Pizza Hut. We ordered a pepperoni and sausage stuffed crust pizza and an order of bread sticks. They brought the sticks and then we waited at least a half an hour for our pizza which had the right toppings but wasn't stuffed crust, so we told the waiter right away that it was supposed to be stuffed crust and then we sat there waiting for at least 45 minutes until finally the waiter brought us another pizza, already in a box, with another person's name on it like it was supposed to be for another customer, and it was stuffed crust but it had pepperoni and sausage and also mushrooms on it, also incorrect. At this point we just paid and left because we didn't want to wait any longer and had a long drive yet ahead of us with our not even one month old baby. There was only one other family in the lobby the entire time, and they had a pizza that was also supposed to be stuffed crust but wasn't, which is what prompted us to check our pizza as soon as they...

Visit at your own risk. I found hair in my pizza, so as of January 19th 2020 I'm changing my review to 1 star. Since mid 2019 I've had a lot of problems with this Pizza Hut location. Whenever I eat inside, it's been wonderful. Delivery, however? Horrible. There's almost (but not always) something wrong. Either my food is burnt, they gave me the wrong sauce (tomato on my pizza instead of bbq), toppings are missing, or in this case... I had hair in my food.

I rarely complain when it comes to food. If one topping is missing, no big deal. Wrong sauce? Okay, fine, I usually won't say anything. Burnt food? I'm going to complain if it's really bad. Hair in my food? Oh I'm complaining FOR SURE.

I don't want to make someone's job more difficult because I understand how stressful food service is already, but this is irresponsible, disgusting, and I'm not going to...

Went in with friends got seated right away. Had a very waitress but it was McKenzie that made the visit great. We eat the many varieties on the buffet but I have seen more items at other Pizza Huts. At the end of dinner I went to pay and there was a waiting line and I was at the end. For some reason when it was my turn to pay the last cashier walked away and went to do something but never even said anything to me. I waited for a while and McKenzie came up. I told her what happened and her smile was just true hearted. She apologized and...
