Ordered on the app, picked up my order inside and there was no drizzle on my large mocha coffee with whipped cream. There wasn’t an option for that drizzle on the app. I get Dunkin daily. Sometimes twice a day to keep the pep in my step. I work very long hours as a home care caregiver. I’ve never ever paid extra for drizzle or had been talked to like a poor person that couldn’t afford it if I had to until I came to this Dunkin. It is made with drizzle. That’s how it is to be made. Now it’s an up charge? Oh no I don’t think so. I’ve spoke to the owner of the Lewistown, burnham and Reedsvile DD and he said that is how it is made, with drizzle. Middleburg messed up and now claims it’s extra. If that’s how you squeeze money out of your customers then I will not stop there again. BK sells really good iced mocha coffee so I’ll just go there. They only charge $2 and some change for their coffees. I will give one positive though, the food was good. The service on the other hand was unfriendly, and the waiting/ dinning area was dirty. I surely didn’t get the welcoming vibe from staff or the environment and I surely ain’t paying extra for drizzle when it’s part of the way the drink is made. You may be able to scam people that don’t know but I’ve been drinking that frozen mocha for 2 years and I know the owner of my local dd and he’s explained how the drink is to be made when our local employees forget my drizzle. Mistakes happen and I am hoping the employees were trying to cover their mistake by lying about an up charge on drizzle because that’s just an absolute no not going to happen for me. How much does that little bit of drizzle around the cup and on the whipped cream really cost that store? I’m not paying any up charge. Didn’t today and I won’t in the future. We need to stand up to these prices going up. If we don’t pay it they won’t put the prices up. Don’t buy and they will see that they will lose money trying to get more money out of us when we just don’t buy. Friendlier staff make tips and I usually tip at least $20 a trip to DD because I know how busy it gets and stressful but my local DD is still friendly. Try being friendly to...
Read moreStopped here with the bois on a target run. Following are some extremely helpful observations:
Recommend drinks: Water from the adjacent convenience store. The brown sugar shaken espresso tasted gothic or as my friend said “burnt”. I was on edge the whole time I was drinking it but luckily Sabrina Carpenter did not appear.
Wait time: Some of my bois waited a long! time for their avocado toast. I think they had to wait for the avocado trees to finish growing before they could harvest the avocados and make the toast. Talk about fresh!
Free Food: They have an incentive program where if you bring a friend and he pays for your drink, you receive a free drink. One of the bois graciously purchased my stuff. I think you have to be friends with him and have him physically in store before he would pay for yours. So good luck finding him; but just thought I throw that out there.
Unusual sighting: There was a woman that approached the counter multiple times to order in low tones. Later we saw the waitress handing her cups filled full of whipped cream. Me and the bois were baffled. She exited Dunkin, and in a well timed rendezvous, jumped into a truck that just pulled up. Luckily, I wasn’t invited to the party.
Architecture: I dropped a straw on the floor. Since i have bending restrictions, it was very difficult to reach the floor. It’d be nice if they would build the floor a little closer to waist level.
Hopefully my review helps you make an informed decision. Please weigh all the pro and cons carefully and check around at other places to see what they...
Read moreFirst of all I don't even know where to start! This place is by far the worst business I've ever stepped foot in! These people here are crooks! My fiance and her mom were over here today and ordered 6 donuts and the total was 4.99 so she gave this cashier (Jordan Dunn) a 5 dollar bill and a 1 dollar bill which equals 6 right!! So this guy took the money and pocketed it right in front of there eyes the 5 dollar bill and said she only gave him a dollar!!! Like what kind of business is this!? And then he wouldn't make it right for her! He said she needed to give him 5 more dollars or give the donuts back!? I've dealt with these crooks before and that's all they are is CROOKS! They never want to get your order right and they never wanna fix the order! I called the so called "manager" and she pretty much told me flat out she wasn't gonna make this right! If this is what you call a manager there's a major problem!! This is by far the worst place of business I've ever been in and I will never step foot back in this place again!! I wish I could give them a BIG FAT ZERO!! This Jordan PUNK...the cashier needs to be FIRED for THEFT!! I will be calling the district manager and this WILL be...
