As someone who used to work in food service, I have a hard time leaving bad reviews as I know how rough that industry it can be at times. So I'm not one to nitpick, but I would like to share so hopefully they can improve. The food is almost ALWAYS hot when you receive it and of the quality you would expect. If not better. But you also, almost always, have to remind them of side items (that are on the ticket) and/or of sauces you have ordered. Not once or twice, but every visit. And it does get a little old after a while. The vibe in there is also pretty weird as well. For example, just yesterday I walked in during a pretty slow time of day to pick up a mobile order and it took anywhere from 5-10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. Again, having worked in the industry I don't expect anyone at BK to roll out the red carpet. But most people probably aren't going to be as patient or understanding as I am. I'm sure everyone in there is working really hard for less than adequate wages. But a little bit would go along way here. TL/DR: if they could clean up some of these issues this would easily be the best BK in the area. Food is GREAT. Service...

Apparently it was long enough for the drive through employee to forget we were waiting and asked us to pay again when another vehicle pulled around behind us. We spent a total of 13 minutes in drive through for cold, stale fries and cold burgers. Edit, just to add to it, it was 9:30 at night. There was 1 car ahead of us when we pulled in.
