Scotty's Pizza — Restaurant in Franklin Township

The food is great but upper management is very non consistent one day they deliver the next day they don't the next time they do next time they won't that for the next time they will but to the church the next time they won't because they don't do that anymore the next time you can get it delivered they go past the church because they don't meet at the church the next time they don't deliver 2 days later they do deliver 2 days later they don't deliver a person spends their time working and planning their day I am a single man now and I plan on them delivering so I can do stuff around my home and look like a pig because 2 days prior they delivered then I call looking like a pig and they don't deliver be consistent 1 way or the other so I can count on you to be the same twice you have great food you just need to manage it properly I have been in business all my life I am 65 and I have watched the deterioration of management over the years to where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing because they are too big and not love people in between upper management and the actual store there's an old saying the 1st generation builds it the 2nd generation kills it sometimes you're in business too long to remember what you were trying to start however there will still be people that need to eat and don't care God help you if an individual with common sense and compassion for other people's different lives ever comes up against you don't worry much because it probably won't happen but that's truly how I feel you have a great day and God-bless U all I am not a Bible Thumper I truly care about people and how they are served I've been in the service industry of my own 4 years if I were younger I would put you out of business take care and have a great evening I hope some by that reads this really cares it's worth a lot of money especially in The Times were going to come into...

So today one of my coworkers ordered from Scotty's pizza. The order was not complete. When she called to see if the driver had informed them of the mistake and to make sure it was being taken care of. The guy who answered the phone started to yell at her and berate her calling her a lier, mean while we had heard her place the order and wasn't lying. This guy was yelling loud enough that people in the office could hear him across the room. He then stated that the owner wasn't there when asked, we later discovered that was a lie. When the owner was contacted he downplayed it. Needless to say this place lost several repeat customers and I've never ordered from them but after hearing this today I'll never...

Just called tryed to order a boy answered carrying on. Everything I said he asked me to repeat. Then said said something else that wasn’t what I even ordered. Other workers in background were all laughing keeping my calm I put my husband on he did the same to him. Then the boy says if I did something will I be fired I wonder? All workers. Continue to laugh in background. This used to be my favorite pizza place now I’m not returning I don’t know if these workers were on drugs or what but what a shame! Was a great place to eat! ...
