My husband goes through the drive-thru right and makes an order for the two steak biscuits for $5 two orders of that never mentions cheese he ordered one steak biscuit with the egg and bacon and one plane steak biscuit then he also ordered one with tomato and steak and the other just steak and mayo none of it was correct they put cheese on stuff and some of it was not put on there that was supposed to be on there etc when he got home and we realized this we call and not only was the manager rude she couldn't even get the order right and had to keep having to have us repeat it so with that being said I will say however the food is good there I do not recommend the service that they provide with the rude managers and their employees who do not know how to listen apparently they have a hard time with that perhaps they need hearing aids or maybe they need to go back to school maybe they need to learn to read again I don't know what the issue is but I do know that I do not appreciate their manager yes I was upset yes I was sounding pretty pissed but this is the ongoing thing and of course I'm going to continue to go there only because the food is pretty good however I hope the owner of the store will perhaps maybe find a good manager and some employees but know how to listen I'm recommending that maybe the owner on the day that of interview give hearing test reading test and maybe some other tests to make sure that they know how to pay attention and they understand what they're doing get what I'm saying I'll also say I hope that the owner gets rid of the manager that they have because it's not okay to be rude to customers especially a customer that has been a loyal customer and has constantly getting food handed to them that is not what they ordered and this has been literally at least a little over 20 different occasions within the last approximately 4 months or less just saying Bojangles employees and manager you might want to get on the ball and learn how to freaking deal with customers that are very pissed off because of your mistakes that are constantly happening a little too often for it to be just a mistake also I want you to know I have worked in the fast food industry for quite some time since I was like 17 so to me there is no excuse because I hardly ever got it wrong there are a few times I have I'll give you that but it's not as often as what happens over there and usually the same people over and over again so I guess this is not just a review this is also me ranting and raving because y'all need to...

When I left for college 3 years ago, bojangles was the thing I missed the most as I go to school in Mississippi and we don’t have them there. So everytime I come home I look forward to coming into the Franklin Bojangles and getting what I look forward to. When I came in around 12:30 on 8/11/24 I was greeted at the counter by the rudest women ever who stated we shouldn’t order breakfast, as it has been sitting there for a while. So I go to order the supreme combo, I asked for ranch as my dipping sauce to which the lady at the counter in the rudest tone states we don’t have ranch. Read moreWe made an order through the app about 20 minutes prior to arriving to the location. When I arrived - before 4pm (6 hours ahead of closing) I was advised they didn’t have wings for the 8 piece dinners that were ordered. They also didn’t have legs - so two pieces were substituted with selections that wouldn’t be our choice.
When questioning why they wouldn’t have chicken the shift manager advised me that at this hour (again 6 hours before closing) they start reducing what they make so there isn’t waste and they’ve been busy today!
Two gentleman walked out after we arrived because they’d have to wait 25 minutes for chicken (at a place that only sells Chicken!!!) How do you run a fast food chicken joint and you’re making 16 pieces of chicken at a time? If I want to wait 20-30 minutes for fried chicken, I’d go to a restaurant and sit down and have chicken - not go to a fast food establishment.
