Okey, so. For those of you who may have previously known the old gondolas. Its definitely back. The food tastes exsactly as it used too. Not bad.
To those whom have never been to gondolas, every meal comes with a decently sized salad with ham cheese, peprochini, and a pepper. Its actually rather refreshing and other items can be added to it.
As for the meals themselves think; "Good but not filled with immense flavor". If you dont like alot of crazy spices and salt, any dish here is great, they dont add to much of any 1 thing. But its all good enough to enjoy. Everything comes out hot and freshly made.

The meatballs were fresh, homemade, and bursting with flavor. You can really tell they’re made with care. My sister had the chicken parm sub, and she couldn't stop raving about how tasty and authentic it was. The chicken cutlet was perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. Both subs were fabulous! First off the place really needs an overhaul on the decor, my salad came with a huge chunk of the core of iceberg lettuce and the pizza was just mediocre. We have found so many places to eat in the Franklin area….that have been wonderful and well we won’t be revisiting this one! I don’t know how it got more...
