Stopped here to get a quick bite to eat after experiencing a flat tire on my pickup. It’s a little confusing as to who to give your order to and the staff generally did little to make you feel welcome. As I waited for my pizza I noticed there were several WiFi connections available. Considering the flat tire I had and that I was a not from WV I had hoped to access the WiFi to locate a source to repair my tire.. I explained to the two young staff members that I was really in a bind and politely asked for the password to one of the 7 (!) WiFi connections... They sharply told me that they were not permitted to give out the password and went back to playing on their phones....( I had zero service on my phone) I pressed them again for a password, reiterating my flat tire situation. They told me there was a pay phone down stairs. At this point I greatly regretted already paying and tipping for the pizza that was still being made. I told the young man to make my pizza to go as I would need to go someplace to get some help. Several minutes later he tossed a plate on a table and told me “ pizza’s done”. The pizza wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great. It also wasn’t in a to go box, I had to interrupt their cigarette break to get a box. I would not stop here again under any circumstance as this is not the kind of hospitality I...

Got food poisoning from the chicken sub.

Other friends with me were fine but maybe they cross contaminated something with the chicken sub preparation. The staff in the kitchen were young and seemed like they were goofin off. I don’t know how attentive they were. But it got me sick! Began to feel sick roughly 45 mins after consumption. It escalated for another hour too. Sickness escalated during the night and into the next day.

Pizza could’ve been better too. It was very doughy and oily & lacked flavor. Felt like typical cafeteria food.

Waitresses weren’t too welcoming. We kind of just showed up and handed us the menus. I understand not everyone likes conversations which is fine. But in a restaurant environment, I felt like the waitress was annoyed to see my group show up.

Pretty views at the restaurant though! I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this...

Came here with a group of 5 other friends on a memorial weekend. I have been to numerous places across USA in past 5 years and during the long weekend services are usually a notch better but not on here. Firstly, we placed order to pick up and meanwhile ordered 2 set of home fries. Only one came. I had told for my ham sandwich " substitute tomatoes with mushrooms". The sandwich was not well wrapped and my stuffings had all fallen outside the sandwich . There were neither tomatoes or mushroom in it. For a party of 6, they gave us 3 extra small packets of sauce which we had requested on side. On asking more, hostess felt offended. My other friends were not very impressed with their food either. wish we had had better experience. Thank you! P.s amazing sausage pepperoni pizza....
