The Gobbler grub and pub — Restaurant in Frazee

Ok. We have been wanting to try this place out as it's in my home town. Finally made it last night Friday September 6th. Love love the place. Food great!! Atmosphere wonderful. Dessert which we never have was great!!!!...BUT.. the server noted to us she was new. Other employees were trying to help her including the owner and they were. First not asking us what we wanted to drink first up. Had to ask her to get our drinks then we would look at menu. 2nd we watched server give 2 different tables their menus and she only went beck to 1 to take their order . She was busy doing other things but came to us to ask us how things were and she never went back to 2nd table to take their order. They finally got up and walked out. Then... another couple came in she gave them menus and brought their drinks and 10 min or more went by and she never went back to take their order. In the mean time she was going to other tables checking on them but kept ignoring three couple still. So weird. We couldn't believe it. Even my boyfriend was like we needed to go i can't watch this anymore. I've been a waitress so to me there was no excuse!!!! I'm sorry for the business that lost business because of this. It's a great place to go great...

We LOVED this place! After we visited the last troll nearby, we were in need of something cool to drink. The Grub & Pub not only satisfied our thirst but allowed us to relax on the patio, which was filled with flowers and plenty of tables. Our server was so attentive and friendly. The owner came by our table to check on us and made us feel special and welcome. The onion rings were amazing and we would definitely stop again to sample other things from the menu. Great value and service! The restaurant was decorated super cute and this was the perfect final stop on...

This place was amazing! We needed a local spot to refuel after our troll quest and stumbled upon some of the best food we have had in a long while. I just got a turkey sandwich (simple right?) and was BLOWN away. The French fries are out of this world and I have never seen my 5 year old scarf her food down so fast. Beautiful atmosphere and friendly people. I will come back to Frazee specifically to eat here - I want to try everything...
