Food: Like another review stated this was the worst part of the visit. The fried pickles were the best part of our order. The burger we ordered was the shrooms and Swiss burger. The mushrooms on the burger were the quality of canned mushrooms, the patties were pre-formed (think Sysco) and were unseasoned. The burgers are served with homemade chips but you can get french fries for an additional $2.50. If you're thinking brews means draft beers you're wrong, expect canned beers and cocktails. The name is Burger and Brews and both were done poorly.

Service: We were quoted an hour wait time. When we went to sit outside to wait we noticed there were 3 to 4 tables that needed to be cleaned. Luckily we found a spot at the bar that is first come first serve. The bartender wasn't very knowledgeable about the food and drink menu. The bartender forgot to put in our appetizer but because the food is mostly pre-formed/canned our order came out quickly.

Atmosphere: There was live music and picnic tables. Sand is used in the picnic table area which is the majority of outdoor seating. There was corn hole and the band was a nice touch. There were some tables in the smaller inside area.

There is no parking in the front of the building due to the location, you park behind the restaurant and walk to the front entrance. If there is a wait you are able to leave your name and number and be notified when a table is ready.

Happy to try a new spot but don't plan on going back unless there is a huge change in food quality and service.

EDIT in response to the owner's reply: You are correct in that we ordered the mushrooms and Swiss burger but the food neither the fries or burger were finished due to the quality of the food. The wait time was what was talked about in my review not the time it took to get food and leave, again because your food is all pre-formed/canned (Sysco) that would account for a fast serving time. Your "bartender" would have noticed that if they were a bit better. When asking the "bartender" if the burgers were seasoned the reply was "Uhhhh I don't know." We did raise our concerns and questions to the "bartender" about food and beer but again they were not knowledgeable so menu and drink training is definitely something needed for the staff. We do show patronage to quality establishments and will gladly advise others to spend money elsewhere. And that is why the review...

My husband and I have had dinner here once last season when they first opened and last night. Both times, they had a wait; however, the time we did have to wait for the table, we were able to go to the bar to grab a drink. The bartender was super friendly. The wait wasn't nearly as long as the hostess had told us to expect. We liked that they called you to let you know your table is ready. Last night, I had my phone in my purse as I was enjoying listening to Deb & Mike on the stage and did not hear it go off. The hostess remembered us(they got a kick out of his Bob shirt lol) and happily took us to our table. The waitress and her trainee (who ended up being very attentive throughout the evening) were promptly at the table for our drink order. We ordered the crabby tots for an appetizer, and a bit later, we ordered the simple man burger with a side of Mac & cheese as well as the wings with BBQ sauce. Our meal did arrive before our appetizer but the food runner gladly took our dinner back to be placed under the warmer for a few minutes and returned with our tots, we could enjoy those delicious bites before our waitress returned with our meals and apologized for the delay with the tots explaining that the crab on top does take a little while longer to be cooked. Towards the middle of us eating the owner, Jenn came over to our table to also extend her apologies as well. Which we definitely appreciate. She stayed and chatted with us for a few more minutes. She also was around to all the tables, making sure everyone was enjoying themselves as well as helping clear & clean the tables. We had friends join us towards the end of our meal and the trainee happily and quickly got their order with no issues. The presentation was nice but the taste of it all was even better. All fresh & made to order. We will most definitely be back throughout this season and seasons to come. This place is such a great addition to the community. It's welcoming, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very chill especially since I can dig my toes in the sand while enjoying live local music and a cold drink in my hand. Great job, Jenn and crew. Keep doing what you're doing. You will have many great...

Would have given 0 stars if possible. My wife and I both got food poisoning from the food. My wife's crab cake was very fishy and dry with no flavor. The "smash burger" was the driest burger I have ever tasted and tasted like old ground chuck. The food we ordered should have been easy and flavorful foods, but that wasn't the case. It left us in agonizing pain. Hopefully, there are some changes. What a waste of money. I never leave reviews because I don't usually take the time for this kind of thing. But insult to injury it was awful and left us sick.

Response: I expected this kind of snarky remark from someone who produces such low quality. I'm allergic to shellfish. My wife sniffed it and tasted it. Said it was extremely fishy. The burger was extremely dry and tasteless. And yes, we brought the food home because we do not waste food that's overpriced for the quality so we can add flavor to it. I dont need to explain to you what was happening when I wrote the review. Check my account out, I never leave reviews in fact this is the 2nd time ever and the other time 6 years ago. But for you to respond in this tone, it explains what kind of business you run. Not a "I'm sorry that happened" or anything along those lines. I was unaware you received a medical degree, but next time, ask people to use your cameras for what happens after. I dont see your business lasting very long if this is how you respond to customer who spent the night in the bathroom. And what do you say to a waitress when it's not good? It's awful flavor. I'm respectful and wasn't raised to treat people that way. Trust me, the food went in the trash when we discovered how sick we were. Just do better. You made the situation way worse and now everyone gets to see how the owner operates. 👏 Also, yes I tipped the waitress because it was not her fault that the food was not cooked well, she did a...

This was my first time here. I went for happy hour because I figured that was a good way to try it. I was a bit disappointed that happy hour was basically just half off onion rings, pickle chips, and fries I think (discounted beer, too, but I wasn't drinking). Overall, a bit pricey, but, such is life! I can't afford it often but I'm always happy to support local. We ordered the pickle chips, onion rings, wings and a smash burger. I had to chuckle because the burger came out before the apps, lol. I wasn't mad about it though, I was looking forward to the burger and mannnn was it delicious. We did ask our waiter about it and she said sometimes the fryer gets backed up, so I appreciated the communication. The remoulade sauce that came with one of the items was sooooooo good! The waitress kindly and quickly gave us some more sauce when we asked for it (the staff was super friendly and welcoming!). Everything came out hot. The wings were crispy, the onion rings had a nice batter. I thought the pickle chips were just okay but my dad loved them and gobbled them down. The seating area inside is very small and not really handicap friendly. Outside was much nicer for my parents. If handicap parking is full, it's a bit of a walk with an incline. I'll definitely go again, probably just won't take my parents if it's super busy. I'm looking forward to making it out for the music one of these days, too.
